    Great Hotel

Stayed here for 2 weeks with my partner. Great rooms, shops and food on site (we both loved the pizza and garlic bread sticks!). Transport to parks free and easy. We hired a car for one day and they didn't charge us for parking either which was a nice touch. Can't recommend this hotel enough and will be staying here again on our next trip. Thank you!

    Will Stay Here Again

This place has really cute surf/beach decor, the pool is huge, and the outdoor area around it is really nice. The food in the restaurant was quite good, and I loved that a Starbucks and a Universals Studio store was located inside the hotel. One of my favorite things about this hotel was the free shuttle service to the Universal Park. Also, when you buy stuff at the park you can have it sent to the hotel, which we really appreciated!

    Convenient amenities... disappointed in WiFi

I would stay here again for the shuttle service, park package transfer (the stores in Universal send purchases to your hotel), and 1hr early entry into Diagon Alley. The decor is cute. Pool area is really nice! However it’s not a cheap hotel and the WiFi was down more than a day.

    Great hotel

I loved this hotel so would recommend and stay again (maybe not if your a light sleeper) you can hear people above you like footsteps and kids running about but obviously it doesn’t go on all night. Shuttles were great and you never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The only downside was if you wanted to walk to the grocery store across the street because the gate locks you have to walk around the hotel which is fine however if your carrying heavy things back it’s a bit of a bother. Our trip was cut short due to covid19 however would not hesitate to go back, theming is lovely and hotel was fresh and clean!!

    Great for the money!

This was a last minute stay after our cruise was canceled. We spent two nights in a 2 bedroom family room/suite (we are a family of 5 with three teens). It was much as expected for the price point. The hotel was new and clean and the decor was pleasant. The kids thought the room was super cool and there was just enough room for us for a few day stay. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed swimming and getting drinks at the bar. There are no water slides or activities at the pool but the kids enjoyed that they could hear the music playing when they were under the water swimming. Check in and out was super fast and easy and the cafeteria style restaurant worked out fine for our breakfast needs. The room had a small kitchenette that we did make use of and we enjoyed the picnic style table. We used the shuttle to get to and from City Walk witch was easy and we never had to weight. If I could change a few things they would be that the towels were small, cheap, scratchy and already falling apart and the two bed room family suite could really us e a second bathroom one is really not sufficient or practical fro a two bedroom unit. I have stayed at most of the Universal hotels and when booking this one keep in mind that this is more on the budget friendly side of their range and that's what you should expect when staying here.
