    Universal's Haven

    I'd say everything about Endless Summer's Dockside was a 10. I only have one exception to the 10 rating. The two double beds that happened to be in my room was showing usage wear because the head placement area was lower then the rest of the bed. I am not a fan of pillows, without pillows your head will absolutely be lower than the rest of your body in these rooms.( Was Not A Fan Of The Beds)

    Universal Endless Summers

    Fantastic value hotel Only issue would be that rooms have limited storage but we made it work. Really good transportation didn’t wait more than 5 minutes for a bus Food selection in Pier 8 was really good and well priced Will definitely be back!!

    Excellent service and stay

    This was a long time planned trip and everything went great. The Dockside inn was so affordable and the atmosphere was great. The Pier 8 food court was great for a fast quick bite. All the lounges we're very comfortable and the drinks were very well priced and made perfectly. I recommend the bubba tub at Oasis beach lounge. Shuttle service is good yet your close enough to walk to the parks or even to get something from Walgreens if need be. Highly recommend you try this place out for families.

    Amazing Place to Stay, Great Customer Service

    It was my first time in Orlando with my fiancé visiting both Disneyworld and Universal and we both decided to stay here based on reviews and value compared to Disney resorts. We were amazed with our stay in this resort. The front desk were very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Shuttle rides to Universal Citywalk were fast and convenient. Pool is big but only 4 feet deep. Coming back after a long day at the parks each day, our room was always clean with fresh sheets and towels. I loved the feature of being able to text the front desk or any questions we had and they were always quick to respond. One night at 1:00am we had found out our fridge was not cooling properly and once I had sent a text, a maintenance employee came to our room right away to replace the fridge. Once we had checked out, we had remembered we had left some items in the closet. I made a call to the security team, and they retrieved the items right away and gave me options to ship the clothing items to my home address. Truly amazing customer service. Shout out to Molly Sanford and her security team for being able to get my clothing items home safely. I highly recommend this resort for its customer service, cleanliness, and great amenities.

    Fantastic stay

    I honestly recommend going to this inn for their amazing price point, cleanliness and facilities that they provide. The food provided by the inn (Pier8) is also very good and have so many options, and the fact they have Starbucks!!! The staff, cleaning staff and the front desk are super friendly and helpful, also very patient. It’s very spacious and organized and comparing to other hotels around, I find this inn to be the best even when it comes to its colorful design on the building and in the building + rooms! I really like how clean everything was, even the cleaning staff do an amazing job with cleaning the room every time we leave. I’m not exaggerating when I say, I had the best stay ever with Dockside Inn. I highly recommend and can’t stress enough how good this inn was.
