Hotel Aventura in Orlando offers a comfortable and modern stay with sleek rooms and excellent amenities, including a rooftop bar, pool, and fitness center. Its central location provides easy access to Universal Studios and other local attractions. The hotel features friendly and efficient staff, ensuring a pleasant experience. Birthday Fortnight.

Late review** I stayed with my partner for his 30th birthday. I asked beforehand if I could please have a room with a view of the parks, not expecting to be upgraded which was very much appreciated; we were both surprised by this. Check-in was speedy. Location was brilliant. We used the water taxi many times from Sapphire Falls; the buses from the resort were constant. The lady who works at the bar downstairs on our first visit was lovely and informative, though we admittedly forgot to tip after a long day at the parks. The second time we visited the bar she wasn't happy whatsoever, which I guess is slightly understandable. Though, perhaps a little unprofessional? People may disagree. The roof-top bar is extortionately overpriced and filthy. The tables/chairs were rid with dead bugs. The game facilities at the pool were all broken/faulty which isn't what you'd expect from Universal though we only went once to this particular area. Room was lovely, I-Pad was great. Bed was comfy.

    Poor service and experience

Overall poor service and experience. Charges to hold small packages for less than an hour, mold in the bathroom, consistently late or missing room servicing, and food poor quality and very overpriced. Issues with the TV took a long time to fix, but they did send a technician right away. Will not be staying again if back in Orlando.

    Such a weird resort…

Aventura may be the strangest resort you ever stay at. Clearly designed for a different purpose with oddly shaped rooms shoved into every angle, this "no theming for adults" Universal resort is just odd all around. Limited food services but a decent although tiny pool. Great views from rooms with layouts that will have you shaking your head in confusion and horrible noise issues in all issues throughout the resort. Seriously - the walls and doors are made of cardboard. Whatever you do, do not get a room near the elevator banks - you will be up all night. There is bus service to the parks, but it’s much nicer to walk to Sapphire and take the boat. I might stay here again due to the price, but I certainly will regret it.

    It was fine

Was a pretty average hotel. 2nd part of our honeymoon after spending a week at Disney. Pros: - quiet and seemed like there were not many kids (which suited us) - good noise control between rooms compared to other universal hotels I’ve stayed at - walkable to sapphire falls to use boat service - clean - modern - comfy beds Cons: - sterile feeling - the food area was rubbish, felt like it isn’t used much so they don’t really make much of an effort. The pizza but was only open in the evening. The grab and go was somehow always stale. - no tv remote - everything was on an iPad which was quite annoying after a while - towels were tiny It was just generally ‘fine’, nothing really to write home about. Wouldn’t stay again.
