The overall hotel is amazing!! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the parks and the water taxi is very efficient!! The hotel room was not very far from the entrance so that was great to navigate around. Overall would recommend!

Fantastic Hotel all round. Will be returning!
Family loved all aspects of the hotel from the robot, the pool, the shop and the Starbucks. Rooftop bar was great, we stayed in a deluxe room on 7th floor which was large, comfortable and very clean. Access to universal made very simple with free buses and access to water taxis. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location.
Great hotel in a excellent location for universal. It’s a large hotel which is very clean, rooms are a large size with floor to ceiling windows. Pool area clean with plenty of sun beds, kids enjoyed movie nights in the pool. Food areas are good and the noodle bar do amazing food. To get to universal parks I recommend getting the boat from Sapphire hotel across the road was very easy and a lovely trip, volcano bay is a short walk away also. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very reasonably priced option for universal. Small walk to the boat from the hotel next door puts you in the heart of city walk. The hotel is miami vibes and is clean except for the occasional smell of garbage near the pool by the bar. The rooftop bar is lovely but does not open u til 5 which is a shame because lunch up there would be great. The room is wonderful. Our room was nice with comfortable linens and a fabric headboard. The pool lifeguards are amazing !!!! They taken their jobs as seriously as they should. Not sure this is truly a kids hotel but there are plant of those choices across the street

Vacation to the 8th wonder of the world.
Although we spent most of our time at the theme parks... please note that the professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the Aventura Hotel was paramount to us enjoying our holiday. Aventura is a lovely, modern hotel that is very comfortable and affordable. I like the fact that it is tall instead of sprawling over acres and acres. Hardly any walking to go from room to lobby to restaurants. That's the only place I'd stay if I was to go back to Universal... unless of course I won the lottery... then maybe I'd spare no expense...lol.
