Excellent experience! Great food and entertainment! Recommend to others unto 12 pre table, tasty clean and well set up. Great for all ages we had children and seniors and everyone loved it. Would go again if we are in area for sure. Check it out for yourself

Great service and beach!
Having taken several trips to Cancun this has been one of the best resorts we have been to. It’s an excellent family vacation spot and would recommend 100%. We had a party of 12 including one child with a severe food allergy and the service was accommodating and enjoyable. The food allergy was always taken very seriously and we never had an issue. Several servers went above and beyond to ensure our needs were taken care of (Alex at the pool bar, Alan & Alfredo at the steak house). Their service was top notch and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of them. Other things to note, the beach was swimmable most days which is not something I’m used to in Cancun. Our room was always cleaned early and turndown service was excellent. Hope we have the opportunity to stay here again soon!

Great family trip
Has the best time! Very upscale and took the most amazing family photos. Loved my room. Great housekeeping. Will definitely be back. Comfortable beds and my mother in law who is handicapped loved how accessible things were thank you thank you

Amazing experience
Flor was very attentive and an amazing host. Nothing was too much trouble. The wine was delicious and the food sublime. The view was to die for, with waves lapping in front of us and the background music so atmospheric. You have to come here and exit for yourself

You want the best all inclusive vacation, we'll look no further. Grand Fiesta Ameicana is the place for family!
This is the second time in 1 yr that we are vacationing here. That should tell you enough about Grand Fiesta Americana! The pools, the restaurants, and the hospitality is above and beyond. The only negative that seems to be in the reviews where I can slightly agree is the age of the establishment. It may seem outdated when compared to other hotels, but for what you get, its not a problem.
