Worth it
Great service, prompt response to any concerns and requests . Our time there was phenomenal, Christian and LouisO work well together to make guests feel at ease. Tip: although going outside the resort is not at all necessary , renting a car does help explore the nearby Tulum, Playa del Carmen and Cozumel for a more immersive Mexican experience

The hotel and staff is amazing one of our best trips yet!!! Everyone made you feel at home and the food was amazing the Thai restaurant was so good and the different pools were awesome and the shouted us out at the chic restaurant because it was our anniversary we felt very special there

Great stay, Henry and Christian were amazing!
Christian was amazing, very helpful & informative about the resort. He was easy to communicate with and very very helpful. He was paramount in making our anniversary trip a success. We plan on coming back and asking for him! Henry was also amazing as well, he went out of his way to ensure our stay was perfect

Amazing honeymoon experience
Our stay at TRS Yucatan was amazing but my favourite part were all the fitness activities run by the amazing People of Palladium crew! Fernando, Alex, Andres and Angel made every morning super fun in and around the pool. Our villa butlers were also very helpful and the service was great overall :)

Lovely relaxing vacation had by all!
Have been to this specific resort about 6 times and will keep coming back. The attention to detail, the effort given to make sure guests have their perfect vacation are exceptional. Being greeted but our Butlers Patricia and Jose everyday lent a homelike experience to our holiday. Nice to have support to remedy the little and sometimes big things that can pop up. Love TRS and find myself only wanting to go to their resorts that feature this program. Love the pool, tidal pool and beach, but also appreciate the Spa at Zentropia. Several masseurs worth noting are Elda and Vivian who worked out all the stress we arrived with thanks to 80 minutes deep tissue massages. Alejandro and Elizabeth had an easier job later in the week when we returned for just a nice relaxation massage. I was also excited to participate in their sound bowl session at the spa. I would strongly recommend both resort and spa look at how they can improve advertising this wonderful experience. I only knew of it checking out from my massage and seeing it pop up on the screen. Asked because it just looks like a calming video - not promoting the class. It saddened me I was the only one there. But yay for me, a private session would cost hundreds. Participated in Chefs Table-highly recommend again. Delicious foods-attentive staff. Enjoyed learning more about the overall dining experience at the resort and push to keep improving on itself. Chef Mariano did a spectacular job with his team. Also noted him and another Chef I’ve met out on the floors of other dining areas learning and observing to tweak and improve operations if needed. I appreciate that kind of hands on leadership. Overall, l hope Palladium works on improving communication with its guests. I was unable to download WhatsApp so was always out of the loop. The TV scroll didn’t share much and if the resort is relying on the Butlers to do that, it’s problematic. There is only so much one person can do. And with all that can happen, it is silly to expect 1 person to cover all bases. Especially with technology that exists today. It left me frustrated that I was not apprised of special things going on unless I asked or others filled me in. The Butlers tried their best to do so, but they are also tending to other guests. Would recommend Palladium send out a reminder to guests to do updates to WhatsApp if that is what they want to do. It would also be nice to see them fully utilize the tv service in every room for guests to fully plan their holiday. Reality is, you can’t ask about things you don’t know exist. I would also be remiss if I didn’t do a shout out and thank you to Pool Butlers Arturo and Fernando(?) and our Villa Butler Patricia for their amazing kindness, support, and professionalism during an incident with a guest who chose to be disrespectful to my autistic nephew. We’ve long appreciated Palladium’s position on supporting inclusion and caring for the environment. Watching these team members so professionally manage a tough situation is what gives me the confidence and comfort to come back again. Their actions were exemplary and support greatly appreciated. I’m sure there were others who helped make our trip special and joyful. Our maid, turndown service and bar keeper were attentive and even picked up on preferences. Those details make it special. One last thought, it would be nice if Travel Club made reservations for a first night dinner. After a day of travel and food on the run, choosing buffet or room service seems the wrong way to kick off your luxury vacation. Just saying.
