The people that work at the resort are so kind and helpful. The shows are amazing and the steak house is to die for!

Amazing
The quality of hotel was excellent. The restaurants were very good. The staff was efficient and friendly. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. It was great having the bus service available when we needed it.

Outstanding Resort
Had fantastic vacation at TRS Room, pools, beach, food , staff and service all outstanding Our butlers were all excellent with helping us navigate the resort, answering all our questions, making are reservations etc The other staff from waiters to lobby to gardeners were super friendly and hard workers with smiles on their faces and always a verbal greeting

Beautiful getaway!!
It was a great vacation! Staff was very accessible & friendly. Highly recommend. Restaurants had amazing food & options. Jesus, Marggie & Meldy were great for our rooms. The drivers were great especially Stephen & Felix :) but all in all everyone was spectacula. Highly recommend ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
