    Great stay

The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly. The casino is great and the selection of slot machines is great. The only thing that I believe needs improvement is the dealers need to be more friendly or friendly at all. We will be back very soon.

    Needs some work

Slow service on getting someone to come service our TV had to make a number of phone calls and even when I went to reception desk still no one came Pool tools are absolutely disgusting, old and shabby. Something you would use as a rag or a towel to dry a dog

Always a fantastic time no matter what we have planned.

Had another great stay in Vegas at Treasure Island this week. Staff and service personnel were great, Beverly the casino host is always super helpful with any questions I may have and always takes care of us. Great comfortable king bed, nice view of the strip. Nice convenient location to other casinos and the fashion mall. Don’t really know what to say other than we always have a great time staying and playing at Treasure Island.

Hotel room got broken into while staying.

Do not go here ever. My room got broken into and my back pack stolen with over 12k in lost property. There security is a joke. They did not care at all or help. I tried to follow up the next morning on the security report and there own manager and security staff were useless.

    Great stay

This is my third time staying here and I will definitely come back! I had a promo so of course I decided to book. I was able to get early check in for free as well as getting a cot for no extra charge since the only room they had available was a king bed and it was 3 of us. Customer service was spot on and I felt very welcomed! My family and I had a blast at the pool, the DJ was playing some good music, except the drinks were expensive! TI also has nice restaurants as well, we ate at Gilleys and it was good as well as we had pizza which was okay and the Chinese food was good too. I didn’t see a lot of slots that I would see at other hotels, but that’s okay because I did win a couple hundred from my favorite slot machine they had. The only issue I had was no view from our room, we stayed on the fifth floor and everytime we would enter our room there was a bad odor. It smelled like rotten eggs I don’t know if it was the sewer pipes or what but it wasn’t a pleasant smell. All in all my experience was good and I would recommend staying here.
