Orlando is amazing!
Orlando represents this hotel so well. To say he presented a warm welcome is an understatement. He offered dinner suggestions, provided walking directions, was genuinely interested in our experience and is overwhelmingly delightful. It’s apparent that he loves his job and cares about those staying at the Westin St Louis. Thank you Orlando.

Top notch treatment and care
I stayed five nights at the hotel and I don’t think I’ve been treated better at any other hotel in my decades of traveling. Everyone was genuine and focused on taking care of me. Glenn in the hotel restaurant treated me like royalty every day. In fact, everyone in the hotel restaurant was superb. The valet, the front desk, housekeeping - all superb, engaging and sincere. And my room was exceptional. Everything worked, everything was comfortable, and it was quiet. When I return to St. Louis, I will only stay at this hotel.

Keira was the best. Had issues try though elsewhere.
Keira was PHENOMENAL and made up for some poor service we had on check-in. So, I gave an average review because initially I had no assistance on check-in (and a follow up question), but I'd give Keira as many stars as I could. Also, the bed sheets were ripped on both beds and not tucked in, so my son had to remake his bed in the middle of the night, and his comforter was left on the ground, as it came out of the sheet. Not up to my normal, excellent Westin bed experience.

Walking distance to Busch stadium!
Great atmosphere! Great location for a Cardinals game, Busch stadium is across the street! Rooms are big and clean! Bed is comfortable! Bar had a great atmosphere and great selection of drinks. Bartender, Dawn, was amazing! She was smiling all evening and super friendly, she was making everyone have a great time! Food was great, had the tater tot nachos and pizza for dinner. Breakfast- biscuits and gravy and omelette- huge servings! Will definitely stay here again!

Disappointed
Really bad experience, dated and quite frankly smelled. Lobby had no air conditioning and was very hot. Room was bad, shower didn’t work, handles falling off doors and the wood around the door was damaged liked someone tried to pry it open. Executive lounge had no water. Just overall bad for an expensive Marriott. Manager did give us some points and comped the parking but the property isn’t great.
