Awesome staff and the water slides were great. The food was wonderful as well. I would give it a 5 out of 5. The only thing I could criticize is that the App is not great and the IT experice (wifi access) could be a little better. Overall though def. a 5 out of 5.

Had a good time. Water park is amazing. Beaches are beautiful and relaxing. Food what's top notch. Staff not so friendly. Didn't find them helpful. Not very well organized. We had to figure things out by ourselves (how to get to the beach, where to ger towels, how to catch the shuttles, how to make reservations etc)

Family trip to Atlantis
We spent the long Easter weekend at Atlantis and it exceeded all our expectations. It was both our boys birthdays (9 and 11), and our concierge Deanza made sure it was extra special for them - hanging a banner in the room, sending birthday treats on each of their special days, and also recommending amazing other activities for them. They loved the "tween" egg hunt at CRUSH. Overall we were so impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the incorporation of marine wildlife and the DIG acquarium, and of course the water slides and "not so lazy" rapids river. We all enjoyed and had a blast, there is something for everyone at this resort.

Exceptional customer service!
Excellent experience. KENDRA at the VIP lounge was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. Beautiful room with perfect view, tons of amenities, extremely clean and inviting. Highly highly recommend given our experience and already looking forward to the next trip.

This hotel caters to the cruise ships. I would never call this resort high end, because it's not. If you like dealing with Crowds, long lines, no chairs at the pool/beach, long walks to and from any activity, poor service, eating hamburgers and hot dog quality lunches, then by all means go here, if you are expecting "high end" food and service, i would not recommend this resort.
