Very Disappointed
The TV stopped working on our second night stay. Despite notifying the front desk and having an engineer visit my room twice, the issue wasn’t resolved until the next morning when Engineer Heather reset the connection. What’s more frustrating is that after repeated complaints, the only compensation offered was the waiver of a single day of resort fees — which does not reflect the inconvenience I experienced nor did I receive. The sink also backed up with sewer water and maintenance came in promptly. I emailed the general manager, manager and concierge with no reply!

NOT THE SAME HOTEL; save your time and money and wait on the revamp.
This USED to be my favorite Caesars property, but I will not go back after my visit this week. I had a nice suite, but could never relax in the living room, because the tv was broken. In the bedroom the tv sound was set up to come out of a sound bar, that I had no remote to, so every morning I had to get out of bed to manually turn on the sound bar to watch the news. Maintenance came to look at both tv’s, but quickly said he couldn’t fix it, and someone would be in touch —never heard back from anyone the rest of my stay. My room also had a pinball machine, that was basically decoration, because it didn’t work. I didn’t get housekeeping for the first 3 days, even though I opted in for it at check-in. I texted a few times with Ivy and the excuse was they were short staff, but on the third day after complaining to a manager, it took less than 10 minutes to finally get someone to come and clean my room. At the end of my stay, I requested a bellman, to come and help me with my many bags, after waiting 20 minutes, I dragged them down myself, only to see the bellman hanging around the front desk, like he had nothing to do.

Best Bartender Experience in Vegas – Robert Made My First Trip Unforgettable!
This was my very first time in Las Vegas, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to the city than meeting Robert behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, he went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Robert wasn’t just serving drinks—he was creating an experience. His energy, friendliness, and genuine passion for what he does made a huge impact. He took the time to talk with me, made some incredible drink recommendations (and nailed every single one), and made me feel like more than just another tourist passing through. In a city full of flashy distractions, Robert stood out because of his authenticity and hospitality. He turned what could’ve been a regular night out into a truly memorable part of my Vegas story. If you ever find yourself at his bar, consider yourself lucky—he’s the kind of person who makes your whole trip better. Thank you, Robert. You crushed it!

Bloody sheets on the bed upon arrival and little boys clothes in the dresser. Gross!
Bloody sheets on the bed upon arrival and little boys clothes in the dresser. I don't know if the sheets were ever changed from the previous occupants of the room or if housekeeping didn't check them before we got there. In any case, WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS HOTEL!!

Great Casino to gamble and hang out
We visit Vegas regularly and always go to the Cromwell to play the tables and the slots. The dealers and wait staff are super friendly (with a special shoutout to Natalie who is so so efficient and not only always remembers us but also our drinks order!) The Casino itself is small but has everything you need. It’s a good location on the Strip close to the Bellagio Caesars and the newly named Horseshoe. Definitely worth a visit if you want something a bit less generic than the bigger casinos
