Well situated hotel with Icon Park over the road.
Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights as part of a multi-city trip. 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and cool. Beds are comfortable - though I was a little surprised the bedsheets only get changed once a week, given how hot Florida gets (towels every few days). Cafe on site is good, serving Starbucks. The pool looked good (though we didn't use it). Gym and games room basic. Our apartment was ground floor and facing Icon Park - we did get a bit of noise into the evening, but it wasn't excessive. Staff are friendly and helpful. Proximity to Disney and Universal is good, and good road links out to Canaveral (lots of toll roads though.) Lots of places to eat nearby.

Loved the experience
Vanessa was really helpful and made me feel at home. 10 stars truly and I loved the room I got. I can’t wait to re visit again! My business partners are truly thrilled and are also stoked to come back next year or even on their own private vacation stay

Good location, fair accommodation
Booked 8 nights via virgin for trip to Orlando to go to Universal. We needed somewhere with 2 bedrooms so this was great. Positives: Location is great, right opposite Icon park and places to eat nearby..by trolley stops too. 2 good sized bedrooms, kitchen and living area. Reception staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Handy having a laundry Pool looked nice but we didn't use it Negatives: Felt dirty and they only clean after 7 days..we had a clean part way through because we were staying 8 nights. They replace towels every 3 days and empty bins. Feels a bit dated and tired. Kitchen accessories limited. No kitchen towels or cloths provided. Overall: Would stay again because we need 2 bedrooms and very few have double and 2 singles and location was good.

Highly recommend - great manager
The hotel beds and pillows are wonderfully comfy. Lots of space in the 2 bed apartments and centrally located for loads of good food places. Laundry and Starbucks on site. The manager couldn’t be more helpful - they have had some extremely internet problems this week outwith their control which is frustrating but they have been very informative on updates and empathetic and apologetic of the situation - which is all you can ask for in such circumstance. In the UK you are met with ambivalent shrugs so a refreshing change. Starbucks cafe staff are lovely and for a three star hotel you’d be lucky to find better anywhere. Highly recommend and would return.

Will definitely go back, not just for the amazing beds!
The beds are so comfortable I’ve been home for a week and still can’t sleep the same! I stayed here for 2 weeks for my 40th birthday with my husband, we chose this primarily for the cooking facilities and secondly for the location (international drive!) and it did not disappoint. If you don’t mind a walk you can get to the 2 Universal parks in an hour and the water park in less than an hour and stop in the 7/11 on the way for a drink or ice cream. The shuttles to the parks were included in our package but we didn’t end up using them as the timings didn’t suit us. If you like to use a gym, the one in the hotel is very basic but the Rosen centre behind has a big gym and pool which is really reasonable and you can get day or week passes (just need your ID and have to pay with card). Back to the hotel, we were on the top floor and it was nice and quiet, the air conditioning was decent and the room was adequately spacious. My ONLY negative was that the room was only cleaned once during the 2 weeks (towels changed regularly) although there was a broom so you could sweep yourself. It was just the bed sheets for me being changed on the 8th day in a hot country but regardless I would 100% go back and hopefully will do! The staff were lovely and always happy to help if you needed anything. The pool was fairly quiet and as it is within a quadrant the sun does disappear fairly early but I imagine that’s not an issue during later months and also most of the time I think people would be out doing things. All in all a great stay would thoroughly recommend.
