Amazing!
The entire hotel is clean and maintained well, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay and would absolutely used Sheraton Waikiki again! MOST OF ALL: Roger from the cleaning staff was the best, made our stay even more memorable!

Goooo!!
Simply stunning location. No need for a car once you arrive Unless you want to go to the North Shore and there’s a car rental place in the lobby. Friendly staff lots of great food and wonderful views.

Wonderful hotel and location.
We are staying at the Sheraton right now. Last time we were in Honolulu we stayed at the Royal Hawaiian. Very nice historic hotel but we decided to try the Sheraton which is located right next to it. The rooms have very nice balconies which is something that the RH is lacking. The other thing that we liked about the Sheraton were the pools. We have titanium status and we were able to get a room upgrade with suite night awards and this allowed us an amazing Diamond Head view. They gave us a voucher that allowed us a continental breakfast but we opted to apply the credit to upgrade to a breakfast entree. The food was delicious. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel is fantastic. I would highly recommend a stay here.

On the Beach
We had stayed here years before and loved the service and its location. It is indeed a very busy hotel but everything was handy with many shops, bars and restaurants. Good room with a view of Diamond Head. Great bed but very small wardrobe that might be an issue for a long stay. Breakfast seaside is outstanding but expensive. In retrospect we should have taken a room with breakfast included. Of note, there were 12 elevators thus no waiting at any time. Locally the taxi drivers much prefer cash not credit cards.

Sheraton Waikiki Rumfire Bad Manager
Overall Sheraton Waikiki very good but wanted to write regarding a bad experience with the Manager at their Rum Fire restaurant. After dinner off site , My wife and I cam back to the Rum fire to go to the bar to see the very best Bar tender in Hawaii-Bobby-he has been there 17 years and is just awesome-anyway, as we walked in, the manager told us the restaurant and bar were full-now mind you this is 9 pm, and there are seats at bar and tables open-and they close at 11. I explained we were staying at the hotel, we were both dressed very nicely, and were going to get a drink from our favorite bar tender-which we proceeded to do and sit at the bar at open seats- Im writing because we talked to another couple that had the same thing happen to them a day earlier- Something is up with this manager-he is unfriendly and surely doesn't want people in his restaurant- Im a Marriott Lifetime Titanium memebr, in fact, at this hotel he would know this because your key is a wrist band in the color of your status- Other than this -Hotel was very good
