Nice location but needs improvements
Location of the hotel is great. Lots of space for hanging out especially if you are there for a team sports tourney. Food options not great though... The grab and go cafe was always super busy and ran out of items quickly. Shula's is overpriced and not worth it. Rooms are fine... website said they are renovated but the room we were in was not. The very strange thing is there are no refrigerators in the rooms but there is a beveridge fridge thingy...however, it's not cold and you couldn't store any perishables in there. Not sure why they put it in there instead of a refrigerator. You can request a refrigerator and even though we did a few days before, they ran out.

Pretty nice except........
The front desk staff including Rafael and Mario were very friendly and professional. The hotel had a gorgeous lobby and was perfect for the conference I attended. The rooms were very spacious for an urban setting and the views were beautiful. The gym was modern and also had great views. I just was woken up at 3:40 am the morning of my 8am presentation by a bunch of drunk Michigan frat boys yelling slurs at each other and singing Mr. Brightside terribly off key on repeat. I think they were having a formal/date party. I called the front desk (Rachel was very understanding) and they sent security up fairly quickly. But I could still hear them 20 minutes later and I couldn't go back asleep. The next day I had to move to another floor because I didn't want to risk being woken up again. The room move process was fairly smooth, just annoying that I had to do it. I think with the cost of the stay, I shouldn't have been subjected to waking up at 3:40 am.

Great Location and Comfort with Excellent Service
I stayed at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk in late March for a work trip and had a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed—ideal for a good night’s rest. The Executive Lounge was a standout feature, offering great views and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff there were especially friendly and helpful—I’d like to mention Connie in particular, who made the experience even better with her warm and professional service. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many Chicago attractions (though I have to admit, it was too cold for exploring this time!). Overall, a brief but very pleasant stay. I’d definitely return.

Great Location and Pool for Families!
Perfect location that is walkable to many of the Chicago sights (on both sides of the river). Parking was easy and our room was clean. The pool was big, warm, and had great views of the city, lake and river. This was the perfect place for watching the annual turning the river green for St. Patrick’s Day. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Chicago!

One of Chicago's best
We were greeted by Suzanne S. at the concierge desk and we had questions about the hotel and she took us on a personal tour and we are very excited about returning. We tried out the breakfast buffet and the food was excellent with lots of choices and David K did an excellent job waiting on us. My wife and I have both achieved Titanium for life and I would say that this is one of Chicago's finest for the value.
