Very comfortable
Pamela and Janet are always very accommodating as hosts at the breakfast restaurant. Make you feel at home. Service at the pool is amazing! Always anticipating your needs. The food at the A la carte restaurants is great! The beds are always comfortable. The shower has great pressure.

Great stay at Sheraton
Just got back from the Sheraton PV. Some highlights from this place include - such a beautiful spot and very well kept, clean pool area and grounds. They are not pushy with timeshares at all . I was approached in a short orientation upon arrival where I simply put I was not interested and wanted zero phone calls to the room regarding meeting and I never heard another word about it. The buffet is par with any other resort if this caliber I have stayed at in PV . The service was great . The guys at the buffet are awesome. The pool is a great spot to hang out - service around the pool is top notch - look for Gama and Gabriel - they’ll keep you hydrated . Pool side food is amazing and quick. The a la carte restaurants Punta sol and the Italian were very good. Don’t waste your time with Gaviatos - what joke this place is . We waited 2 hours for our food . The service is terrible and they obviously cater to the non all inclusive folks that pay cash . Very disappointed with this restaurant as this is supposed to be their signature a la carte . It’s even on the Sheraton sign out front of the resort . I have never seen so many angry people in one restaurant. Joke! All and All this is a great resort and would stay again but would book a room with a balcony next time .

Bland and Expensive Stay
I stayed at the Sheraton for one night prior to moving into a condo for the majority of my stay in PV. Upon check in, I was surprised that the front desk took a $600 deposit for a stay that lasted well less than 24 hours. That seemed unreasonable. My ocean view room was functional but nothing to write home about. The fan in the bathroom was quite noisy and I could hear noise from the restaurant downstairs and the hallway. I’m also not a fan of being required to wear a wristband. I ordered chicken nachos from the sports bar and they were incredibly bland - no sour cream or salsa. The Cadillac margarita was also not tasty. On the plus side, the pool was fun for a morning and the location is great to walk to the Malecon. I was surprised, however, on how expensive the room was for such an average experience. Not my favorite place to stay in PV.

Great for kids (stop by the kids club with Denisse and Evelyn)
The kids loved the kids club. They are full of great activities and wonderful teachers in Denisse and Evelyn. Highly recommended for anyone with young children. They provide a carefree experience as they will allow you to drop off kids for up to three hours.

Kids club makes Sheraton a win for families!
Wonderful kids club experience for my 5-year-old to have some craft activities outside of the swim and sun! (Note: The planned activities are for 5 and above.) There’s a little play area where my younger 3-year-old child can play as well as long as a parent is supervising. Evelyn and Denise were the facilitators for the week when we were there and the kids felt right at home with them easily! We were there for 2 hours each day, I believe it’s capped at 3 hours per day before a fee kicks in. This alone makes Sheraton a fantastic resort choice for families with young kids!
