We had the best wedding experience, my son got married there this past weekend. It was phenomenal the service from different servers like Gloria, Hugo, Ricardo were over the top. They were so happy and seemed to enjoy their job and really wanted to assist. However, one individual employee that stood out more than everyone else was Alfonso. He was my room concierge He went above and beyond to do anything and everything we needed before the wedding, after the wedding and on our departure, he is a five star employee. Thank you for hiring such a fantastic group of people.

Definitely a place to stay at.
This resort is fabulous. The beach is spectacular, staff constantly on top of the seaweed. The food is delicious at every restaurant. The hotel staff are all very friendly, accommodating, professional and willing to do anything to help with whatever you end. Will be returning there.

Great Trip!
The staff all around was fabulous and so wonderful. They were so helpful with anything and everything. The food was great; so many different restaurants to try different foods and entertainment was nonstop - and amazing! Would come back again and highly recommend.

Amazing honeymoon!!
We had a dream of a honeymoon at Secrets Maroma! Everyone we encountered (special shout out to our personal concierge Carolina, housekeeper Jenni, and mini bar supplier Humberto) were absolutely incredible and always made sure we were satisfied & taken care of. There were always activities or shows going on & the spa was amazing.

Amazing resort for our Honeymoon
We had an amazing time for our Honeymoon. Highly recommend the preferred club. Our concierge, Roger, was the absolute best and made our stay very delightful. He made sure that we had the best stay possible and answered every question we had.
