Superb hotel. The food was excellent in every single restaurant. The beach was truly amazing. It is a daily struggle for the hotel to deal with the seaweed that washes up from the Sargossa sea but the work non stop to make sure you have the best experience. You do not have to wear a silly all inclusive wrist band which is good news. We felt the staff were brilliant, very attentive and very helpful

April 20, 2025 To All Those Seeking an Amazing Vacation, I’d like to share the unforgettable experience my husband and I had while celebrating our ten-year anniversary at Secrets Maroma Beach in Mexico. This resort is truly impeccable. From the flawlessly maintained landscaping to the meticulous attention to cleanliness, everything is top-tier—a perfect ten out of ten. We spent our days lounging by the pool or on the breathtaking beach, where every need was anticipated and met with ease. We felt so at home that we were able to unwind, connect with other guests, play games, enjoy mesmerizing performances, and—best of all—laugh and savor every moment together. I’d love to take a moment to recognize the amazing people who made our stay truly special: • The entire food service team, especially those in room service—your care did not go unnoticed. • The dancers—BRAVO! Your performances were a highlight of our trip. • Sebastien and the entertainment team—thank you for bringing the fun! • Nydia at the Lobby Bar—your warm smile every morning made our days brighter. • Bernardo (or Bernie, as he kindly let us call him)—thank you for your excellent evening service. • Diana, our personal concierge—you were exemplary. I will return
Overall great resort and experience. I will return. Only negatives where the specialty restaurants are first come first serve versus reservations, if you wanted to eat at 7:00 you had an hour wait. The entertainment was good but the shows were at 8:00 or 9:00 which meant you had to try to eat at 6:00. The shows lasted less than an hour which is fine, but start them at 10:00 then so you don’t have to rush dinner.

Amazing place! You won’t find any better!
My husband booked what can only be described as a beautiful hotel for my 40th birthday. We went for 10 days and I can honestly say it’s the best holiday I’ve had to date! We stayed in block 15 and was so impressed with our spacious room and how immaculately clean it was. Special mention to our wonderful maid Nery who kept it in tip top condition everyday!! Eli was a great concierge who organised a lovely romantic meal for us on the beach one night, we did this to celebrate our anniversary and it was so lovely to return to a room that had been decorated with rose petals, balloons and a bubbly hot tub waiting for us. The food overall was top notch! We especially enjoyed the French, Italian and Japanese restaurants but in all honesty - the restaurants were all fantastic as were the staff who worked in them. The staff are absolutely brilliant at this resort, so friendly and hardworking, always greeted you with a smile and can’t do enough for you. The waiters do a brilliant job serving drinks around the pool and beach - Alberto was a funny man and made sure we were kept topped up! The Grounds are so well kept, pools are beautiful and the beach is just stunning! Shout out to the guitar man - what a talented human!! We really enjoyed listening to you during our stay! The day and night entertainment was fantastic as well as the entertainment team, my husband really enjoyed playing water basketball and it was a great addition to watch shows around the pool during the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel….you will not be disappointed if you go here. It would be very difficult to find anywhere to compare to this place! We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a memorable and beautiful stay!

Our visit in April 2024 to Secrets Maroma was very good. Diana, the personal concierge service (comes with no additional charge) in our building was incredibly friendly and helpful with anything we asked her for and made the trip even easier when we got to the resort. The entire staff was amazing. The property was very nice and exceeded expectations. We will definitely be back.
