The entire resort was amazing. It was clean and it was safe. The food was amazing, the service was great, the views were beautiful. My two butlers went above and beyond with their attentiveness, willingness and the recommendations. Samara and Iran were the best. Samara felt like my homegirl who I’ve known forever. Iran was went out of his way to find and meet me. I asked for coffee the second morning and Iran had it delivered every morning following. Samara was friendly and personable. They were complete professionals and made me feel comfortable the entire stay.

Great time!
I had a lot of fun! Food was good and staff was very friendly. Alexander of the Vibe team did great with leading the pool activities. Looking forward to coming back soon! They had a Mexican event with music, games, and sooo many of food options.

Very good gym and the stuff there.
Very nice restaurants. Spectaculous lobby. Nice stuff. I would like to thank the gym stuff, Adan, Esteban and other boys and girls. It was great. The beach is fantastic with palm-trees and comfortable longuers. The ocean view rooms are absolutely remarkable.

Had an amazing romantic dinner on the beach to celebrate my 48th birthday! Was an awesome experience!
The resort accommodations have been amazing and the staff are friendly and efficient. This is my third visit to this location and I decided to upgrade to Diamond Club membership. Our butlers Gilberto and Marisol were extremely helpful as was our membership staff, Israel and Christina. I was impressed!

They do not treat Marriott Bonvoy Titanium well. You cannot go to all the bars. They save them for their own program. The check in was painful going back multiple times to get a room. Stay away! Also they try and upsell you on all things that should be included with an all inclusive.
