Check-in Policy - Deposits or credit/debit card hold authorizations are not requested at check-in. "Minimum age of 18 is required for check-in, an ID/Passport will be requested upon arrival.

Spring Break Policies -
1. Student / Spring Breaker Groups (21 years of age or older) will be accepted ONLY at Riu Santa Fé hotel.
2. All Student / Spring Breaker Group reservations are strictly On Request and will be reviewed on a case by case basis by the corresponding Destination Sales Department. RIU Hotels & Resorts reserves the right of admission and may reject any request at its sole discretion.
3. If a Student / Spring Breaker Group is accepted:
a. The number of rooms will be deducted from the contracted allotments
b. Minimum Age requirement: 21 years of age or older.
c. The Hotel may request proof of age in the form of passport or official ID
d. Each room must submit a signed liability agreement upon check-in.
4. At all other RIU properties Student Groups / Spring Breakers (either groups or individuals, regardless of age) are not allowed at any time during the year.
5. Guests disturbing or generating complaints from other guests or hotel may be removed from the property, at their own expense. a. Parties in rooms are not permitted
6. Student / Spring Breaker Groups must comply with any protocols (hotel and government) in place at the time of stay at the hotel.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

This was a fun four day weekend getaway. The facility is clean. Torote have the absolute best breakfast buffet. So many options. The lunch buffet had a fabulous variety! The Riu foam parties were crazy fun! Jadi was the most amazing bartender in the swim up bar, very generous with her pours!!! Our room was great and using the app to request extra pillows, toilet paper, etc. was fabulous.

Very nice all-inclusive. GREAT FOOD, great service…something for everyone. Very clean…pools located everywhere…lots of chairs and sunshine BUT also lots of sun covers…can’t find 1 bad remark about this property

Everything was perfect
I enjoyed my stay me, and my girlfriend went to all the pools and enjoyed all the amenities. Everything was excellent.

Excellent resort!
I travelled to this resort to celebrate a milestone birthday with my sister in April. The first few days were shockingly cool in the evenings and windy! Thank goodness we brought a jacket. The rest of the week the weather was warm and beautiful. The resort was clean and the staff was friendly. The buffet was amazing with lots of selection and healthy options. The kulinarium restaurant was delicious, but would not rave about the Asian or Italian restaurant which were buffet style. The first come first serve arrangements was not the best if you tried to get into the steak house as people would start lining up at 4 pm in the afternoon and the line was quite long! The riu themed parties were really fun and the DJ was amazing! We danced and had a blast. The bed in our room was hard that’s the only reason I gave it a 4 star. The rooms were clean and spacious. Definitely would travel here again with friends. Not a quiet resort if you are looking for relaxation with your spouse.
