Last minute solo vacation. I REALLY enjoyed the food, friendly staff, and the entire resort. I was treated like VIP from start to finish. The Spa service was excellent and everyone was professional and welcoming. I will definitely be back and have recommended to all family and friends. And, I got more than my monies worth. Thank you Riu!

Las Americas End of June 2025 stay
The buffet food items were decently tasting while having multiple options so there was something for everyone. We attempted to go to the Steakhouse restaurant 3 nights in a row. 1st night, there was no seating available for the 6:00 pm seating, however, there were several tables empty even at 6:45 for 2 people. We went back the next night, and were told the same thing and were told to come back the next night. We were there early on this 3rd night, however, the restaurant was closed. The last day we were there, I noticed that the Mexican restaurant was closed. It would have been nice if there was a sign posted the evening prior if a restaurant was going to be closed the following day. Bed was soft for me, however, still comfortable for others that like mattresses on the softer side. The toilet paper holder was broken in our bathroom when we checked in to the hotel. Even after the next day's cleaning by housekeeping staff, it was still not replaced. I waited one more day to see if it would be replaced, even the next day it was not replaced by housekeeping. That evening I had to let the front desk know that it was broken and if they could get it replaced while we were at dinner. Service was great and the entire resort was very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and available for assistance.

Great quality
Great location, Great food nice employees will go back again nice party at another location.Very clean the food was great at the buffet, the Krystal restaurant had the best steak and braised beef

Worth every penny.
Worth every penny. My first all inclusive resort and I’m already planning going again to the same place. No need to shop around when I’m already more than satisfied. Definitely recommend!!!

Ed's Vacation
This was my 5th stay, I love your hotel. I plan on coming back Jan,Feb and March 2026.I brought my daughter with me in June, she is going to come back with some of her girl friends. Keep up the good work!
