Was an amazing trip, not a thing we could complain about, nice property, nice beach, nice rooms, good food, and amazing Staff. Adrian made sure we were happy through our stay, Oscar, Abu, Nato, Jimmy, and all the staff, you really make the difference.

Great stay for family with adult kids
We had a wonderful vacation at the Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas. Food was wonderful: breakfast was outstanding, made-to-order omlette station was our favorite; lunch was always great either by the pool or the buffet; dinners were amazing, no need to make reservations, we tried all of the a la carte restaurants and thought Black and White and the Mexican restaurants were the best. Our favorite waiter, Ismael, took outstanding care of us, spotting us in line, seating us in his section, and after day 2 remembered what everyone liked to drink. ;) Drink service by the pool was amazing, we hardly finished the drink in our hands before a waiter arrived with a refill. My kids did water aerobics almost every day, and enjoyed it. They also took snorkel gear out a few days & snorkeled off the beach. Not much to see, but they had fun. The entertainment staff was really fun, encouraged participation but not to the point of being a bother. We loved the after-dinner shows, our favorite was the silent disco! And we ended most evenings with a nightcap at the Gatsby-themed bar. We did have to get up early to reserve chairs in the shade (we had 2 redheads in our party who needed it!) but there was ample seating throughout the day. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and working hard to maintain the property and please guests. The rooms were clean, well-appointed, and housekeeping was stealth and efficient! (Loved the towel art every day!) If we return to Cancun again with our kids, we were definitely consider staying at the Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas again!

Best resort in Cancun, Mexico
The hotel itself is beautiful and grand. The amenities and rooms are very clean. This is my second time here and the staff is very welcoming! Armando the restaurant manager always greets us with a great smile and energy! I highly recommend. Also, food is excellent!

Riu Palace Las Americas Never Disappoints
We recently completed another wonderful stay at this fabulous resort. I can't say enough about their staff in all areas of the resort. From the entertainment staff, to servers, managers, bartenders, admin and everyone, they are just wonderful friendly people that strive to take care of you. The resort itself is fantastic, with many varied and very good food and beverage choices. In short, try this amazing resort and you will not regret it.

Cancun epic
Amazing service. Great food. Beautiful everuthing!! Had an awesome time with friends. Met cool ppl. Snorkeled
