Trip
It was amazing the staff was so polite, professional, and fun and I wish them the best! I loved that the location was so close to the clubs and right on the beach. If I had any recomendaciones if would be that all the restaurants were open on Saturdays, because we planned to go to Black and White and it was closed.

Annual January Vacation
WE returned to Riu Palace Las Americas for the second year in a row. Loved it so much the first time we couldn’t wait to come back and brought Some friends with us this time. The Hotel is truly Palatial. Rooms are beautiful, very clean and with a terrific view of the ocean and lagoon. Food for an all inclusive is excellent. Drinks are great and the staff couldn’t try harder to please. We have traveled to Cancun and the Hotel Zone as well as Riviera Maya for the last 16 Years. Stayed at several different properties and last year a friend suggested RPLA. You just cant go wrong with this hotel.

Best staff and location!
This is my second time visiting the Riu Palace Las Americas and I already wish I knew when my third trip would be booked. I couldn't think to stay at a different hotel in Cancun because of the staff. All the staff are so nice and welcoming and truly treat you like family. I feel like I have made lifelong friends with the entertainment Riu fit fun crew. Giovani is part of this crew and is truly exceptional. He is so welcoming and kind and really goes the extra mile to make you feel safe and have as much fun as possible. He makes the day at the pool so fun and he was so great we wished he didn't have to do his job so he could just sit and chat with us. I would only consider a different hotel in Cancun if Giovani was no longer there. He truly was the best part of our trip, and his kindness and friendship will not be forgotten by our group! Both groups I have came with love this resort and we can't wait to come back!

Amazing experience
Amazing stay with a friend at riu palace las americas, the food, the service, the cleaning is over the top. However, the rooms are not very silent and I was waken up each time a door slams next to my room. Would definitely go back there

One of the best in the Riu chain
Stayed at the Riu Palace Las Americas as part of an extended family reunion. From beginning to end, I was not disappointed. The resort is stunning!!! The rooms my family had were exceptionally clean and beautiful. We all got ocean view rooms with two beds pushed together. The food at the resort is great! We especially loved the steakhouse. Too many choices! The beach is wonderful. One nice feature is that since the resort is built taller, the walk from your room/lobby to the beach is short. This was nice for the older family members who were traveling with us. I walked the the Riu Palace Peninsula everyday on the beach, and it was a really nice 35 minute walk. Pools and amenities are great! They have everything you could want, from boogie boards to kayaks. The workout facility is also really nice. I would not hesitate for a minute to stay here again!
