The hotel is absolutely outstanding, the people who took care of us all week were superb. Not only is Jamaica a beautiful island, everyone we spoke to at Riu Palace make the country even more perfect. The food at all of the restaurants was tasty and plentiful, our drinks we’re constantly being refilled. The staff in all areas make you feel so at home and will do anything to help. The rooms and the hotel grounds are well kept and the beach is gorgeous, we never fought for a sun lounger. We were so sad to leave this amazing country and hotel, as soon as we arrived home we rebooked for next year. All I hope is that the staff know how brilliant they are, and their hard work shows; we can’t thank you all enough for making our first holiday since C19 an absolute dream. See you next year 🇯🇲

My Honeymoon at Riu Palace
Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was lovely. This place was a master class in fine customer service from the reception (big up yourself Odain!) to the end of our stay. Everyone was so friendly and attentive and even remembered our names. Wish I could name them every single staff member we interacted with but you all were fantastic. The food was great, house keeping was immaculate and the activities were so fun! Will definitely return soon. Thank you guys for making our honeymoon a good one.

Perfect vacation
Can't say anything negative about our trip to the riu palace Jamaica. From check in to Last moments at the pool was spectacular. Entertainment team was engaging and supper friendly making the games fun. Food was abundant and mighty tasty as our servers were at the top of their game. Pleasant and attentive every meal. Hotel staff just awesome. Room attendants kept our rooms clean and stocked much appreciated.

Best Stay
First trip to Jamaica and with the Riu Palace and I will definitely be back. I loved that we had access to the other two resorts when staying here but honestly I only visited the other two once. The palace provided all the entertainment plus more. All staff were very attentive and nice as well as the facilities are clean. 10/10 will definitely recommend. Also for those stating it's not turnt up, those are lies. Very much so turnt and enjoyable.

My stay at the Riu Palace
My favourite resort I have ever been to! Service was absolutely amazing. The staff members were so friendly and welcoming and the entertainment was incredible. The cleanliness of the resort was significantly better than any other hotel I’ve been to before. I have fallen in love with Jamaica and the Riu Palace. Special shout out to bartenders Kris and Kwasi and entertainment team members Spark, Spiderman and the gang. They made this trip an amazing one. I already can’t wait to be back there!!!
