Worst resort
Worst resort ever. If you enjoy cattle call Buffett it's your go to place. Average service. Front desk is the absolute worst. Yair laughed at me because I made a mistake and thought I had an airport transfer. Instead of offering options he talked bad about me in Spanish and laughed at me with the trainee. Turns out the transportation people actually want to help and helped me get my airport transfer set up.

Worst Hotel Ever
It would have been nice if at least a couple of the staff spoke a little English. The only good parts of this trip was adults only, the two 2 pools were great and the room was good. Says it has a sports bar, too bad you have to walk half a mile to get to it. Everything was happening at the Santa Fe. If you wanted to attend a Riu Party, same thing you had to walk and walk and walk to get there. Yes shows every night but they were pretty patheic at the hotel. If you wanted to see a good one you had to go the Santa Fe. The food was awful. The main buffet was 85 percent mexican food which i dont eat then 10 percent spice which i cant eat so i had 5 percent of food that i could eat. Usually gain a little at these places, but defintely lost this time. I drink my drinks with ginger ale. It was like pulling teeth to find a place that had it and then asked if i could bring some to my room so i could have a drink there, they said no could only drink it at the bar. Sorry very very odd Went to the Santa Fe to play cards with our friends who were staying there. We got kicked off the table so they could set it for dinner. So then we went to sit by Pepes, and again told to leave so they could clean the table. We offered to clean it after we left and got told no. Almost forgot the fire alarms. Every other day always about 2-3 AM it would go off. Very Very loud saying the event has ended. Never say any event. But the one nite it said event ended 12 times. Sure one would have been sufficient. Actualy none would be better since nothing every happened. Also we had a couple above our room fighting for hours. They dont like to get involved, so guess we didnt get any sleep that nite. My friends also do not recommend the Santa Fe unless you like to walk a lot. Not a place i would recommend to anyone especially for the price.

Great time at Riu Palace Baja California
Great experience from check-in to checkout. This was our first time at a RIU, and we really enjoyed the experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. We had a beautiful ocean front view. Housekeeper serviced the room twice a day. We found loungers in the shade by the quiet pool each day and had a relaxing time. Pool drink service was very good, and the food at Pepe's was great. The specialty restaurants were really good and the buffet had lots of choices. Overall, the food was very good for an all inclusive. Special thanks to Paola who took good care of us at the specialty restaurants. We will definitely return to the Riu Palace Baja California.

good stay love Cabo
Stayed November 12-19 Room was great. Large, clean and comfortable. We were upgraded from partial ocean view to oceanfront. You could see the Bay of Cortez and all the ships, also the rock formations but not the beach because the roof of a couple bars were blocking that view. If I paid for oceanfront I would not of been happy because the view did seem partially blocked even though it was facing the ocean. Food was good, not great but always something good. Had dinner at the steak house our first night one steak was perfect the other okay. Took 3 tries to go back a second time. First attempt were told they were expecting a lot of people so didn't have room for us. It was half empty and suppose to be first come first served. Tried again the next night and same hostess told us they weren't sitting anymore guest since closing soon. It was 815 and they closed at 930. Third time worked and our meal was good. Hung out at the ocean front swim up pool bar and it was fun Lupita was an outstanding server. First few days the pool was cold when you first entered but then comfortable Last couple days it was heated and almost too warm to cool off. We would stay again but usually try a new resort when going back to Mexico.

Beautiful
The resort is beautiful, rooms clean and food good. I liked it also because you could actually rest near the pool with no loud music or kids screaming. The grounds were well maintained and love the coffee shop early in the morning!!!
