May 14, 2025Brilliant resort. Beach and sea amazing. Adults and children loved their time here.
Brilliant all round. Clean, freshly refurbished. Restaurants, buffet, pools, bars all brilliant. Great variety of food. Beach amazing. Sea amazing. Onsite atm machine would be good addition - $20 15 minute total taxi trip to nearest off the resort.

At the hotel now and a little disappointed Lost wrist band whilst snorkelling (very few fish) on day two of 14 days and they want £250 for a new one TUI managed to sort it after several calls but very frustrating Davio from hotel was the only person that was able to assist Reception just said you signed the form when I asked to speak with manager they said yes come back in 7 hours but you can’t eat or drink anything as you do not have a band Only two restaurants open on some nights and you have to book 3 days in advance but they are fully booked by 3am otherwise it’s the buffet restaurant which we prefer not to use Built this holiday up but not what we expected will come back to Jamaica but different hotel

Room was ok. Food was good. Staff was friendly. Bartenders were amazing. Entertainment was a bit lacking compared to other resorts I've been to. All in all good trip for the money. Would definitely come back. One downside was the insistent vendors on the beach daily. I get they are trying to make a buck but when I say I don't want what their selling I don't want to be asked 20 more times.

90th Birthday Celebration
I cannot begin to express my gratitude regarding the care and kindness shown to our party, especially my mother. I had contacted Alison before our vacation with my concerns about the room and location to the amenities, she was understanding and reassured me in setting our expectations before our arrival. Credit must also be given to the entertainment team, Bryan, Shanalee, Chin Chin, Trovas and Shadow, it was an absolute pleasure, the energy and dedication they all have is commendable. Andrew on reception allowing us the emergency wheelchair saved a lot of inconvenience. We had a wonderful vacation so a big thank you Dawn Wilson

Awesome wxperience, even better after re-opening
Impressed with quality of entertainment, best i’ve ever seen. Wonderfull team, beautifully prepared parties. Rooms pretty & clean, amazing beach, food was absolutelly great- so much to choose from and delicious! Great job RIU, never dissapointed with you, its only getting better & better
