Don’t stay here. Luckily I was in the hotel for about 5 hours to rest quickly before driving and it was disgusting. Smelled bad, burns all over the carpet, and a dirty towel left in our bathroom. Should have just drove through the night instead of staying in this dump.

Not coming back
We are currently here for three days. From Friday until now- Sunday there has been NO hot water. We were not told upon arrival. Coming into the room we saw no trash can but the one that was over filling (along with the trash outside the exit door, which looks disgusting). Dirty just overall. Our remote control was so sticky covered in grease. Our room temperature has been at 80 until today someone finally came in and is going to work on the AC. The guy at the front desk told us water has been working fine, didn't know what we were talking about. As we continued complaining, he said oh the water just got fixed. Poor customer service. Don't bring your kids here, illicit drugs being used and people passed out in front of this hotel and nearby one. Abandoned vehicles left in their parking lot, looks trashy and takes away from customer parking. Selling drinks from a non-working refrigerator down in their lobby. Our hotel door is so finicky that if you don't lock it right away one push and the door flies open. Not safe at all, something is definitely up with the bolt. I let him know at the front desk, and it didn't seem to care about how unsafe we felt about their door that doesn't shut properly. We won't be back again. Suggest you do not stay here yourself. We asked for some sort of compensation considering our water STILL isn't hot (along with all of the other above stuff) and told he will talk to the manager tomorrow morning. I'm not expecting them to follow through with refunding us in any sort of way, as they should be doing. We will see soon if our ac actually gets fixed so we aren't sweating the whole time in an 80 degree room.

it made me sick, literally
dont book based on pictures they are back when it was new and nice to stay. the pool is smaller and empty, the court is in disarray, people living their full time. ice machine broken. room had dirty sheets, couch bed had no sheets, mold on walls or old blood splatter but probably mold. the breakfast was beyond nasty, apple juice was expired and burned like alcohol going down. too many negative , nothing positive, cant recommend this place.

Not a good impression!
If there was a choice for 0 stars, that the most relevant. The room was so run down and dirty, lack of maintenance is offensive when they charge 170 per night!!! The breakfast is worse than any hotel I been in and its only 730am to 930am. The men that work there are clueless to the service industry and only compound the collapse of this location. The furnace room was left unlocked, the airfilter is beyond words, the room was mold covered. The property is very close to a busy train route. Now I am completely done with Best Western, even worse service than Hilton. The entire hotel industry is in very poor condition. It makes sense though, no staff and you can't make money by properly maintaining the property. To top it all off, the front desk person had me wait while they inspect the room. That's a clear indication of the property being in a less than desirable location. We will not be back here!!

MOLD IN COFEE MAKER!
MOLD in the coffee maker, holes in the wall from being punched/kicked. Stains on the walls. Gross. Toilet and water wouldn’t work when we arrived…. Absolutely gross. You get what you pay for I guess. Will pay for the Hampton sink next time. Want a refund
