    Easter weekend 2025

The staff was very helpful and so kind. We had excellent service and everyone was so friendly with us and our children. Maggie in the club lounge was very attentive. The rooms could use some updating, specifically the bathrooms. The restaurant staff was also very kind and helpful.

Maggie in the lounge is a true gem

Great trip with the family. We had lounge access which was so worth it as we had two rooms as we have 4 kids. Breakfast, snacks, dessert included so it made for very happy kids. Huge thank you to Maggie in the lounge who went above and beyond every time we were in the lounge. She was so accommodating to all of us and gave me hope that customer service is truly still alive. Hotel is in a great location, walkable to all and even though I prefer the rooms and "newness" of the JW this location will the kids wins out. Thx for a great stay!

    Club Lounge Exceptional!

My husband and I travel a lot for business. This hotel is one of the best we’ve been to but I want to shout out two fabulous women who work in the Club Lounge. Maggie and Carmena are pleasant, helpful, and just a pleasure to chat with. The CL is full service all day it seemed. The food was good and the ambience welcoming. Definitely worth it!

Dated, Dirty Rooms, Great Public Spaces

Traveled for work and I continue to be more and more disappointed each year with the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. The lobby and public spaces are excellent but the rooms are dated and require new linens, new furnishing and a full overhaul of the bathrooms. Our tub was slow to drain, surfaces were stained and shower curtain and tiles are desperately in need of replacement. Location and the conference traffic keep this place alive - there are far nicer options in the neighborhood.

    Wonderful hotel and guest experience

Amanda in the bar was amazing. She held down an influx of guests while we were there- she was very customer service oriented. Chef Danny made me an amazing omelet and was very friendly and helped guide us through the buffet sharing where everything was. Our front desk experience was fantastic. Pam made sure we had rooms near each other and knew all the details of the hotel offerings. Our check in was smooth!
