    Never again. Gross and dirty

Not impressed when we stayed here this time. I've stayed here 3 times, and have had great experiences except for this visit. For one, we were put on the 2nd floor with no elevator, and we have 2 kids under the age of 2. I addressed this in the note section when I booked the hotel weeks ago.. After 13 hours of driving, the last thing we wanted to do was haul 2 babies, a dog, and all our belongings up and down stairs! No pack and play was given to us either at check in even though I requested it. Our rooms AC barley functioned on a night that was 99°. Our room door had absolutely NO seal on it, so we heard all the traffic noise from the highway. Also, with covid going on...I WAS DISGUSTED with how dirty the floors were in our room! This towel was AFTER I wiped my daughters feet! ABSOLUTELY GROSS. The past 2 times staying here the front clerk have been less than helpful and unfriendly. Definitely finding elsewhere to stay when we're in El Paso.

    End Of Shift

The entire staff were terrific! The manager made sure my stay was very welcomed! The continental breakfast was by far the best breakfast ive ever had at any hotel! No Cap! The sweet soul Kim at the front desk was so helpful and professional. It's great customer service like this that brings people back every time! I highly recommend this affordable hotel to anyone in the city of El Paso,TX!!! Thank you for allowing me to show how grateful I am to rest my soul here comfortably! God is Good!

    Very nice

We stayed here for a week. The room is a small suite with a stove top and fridge but they don’t supply kitchen utensils. The breakfast is poor to fair with orange juice that is undrinkable. Nice bed and bedding. Very quiet if you are in the very back away from the freeway. The motel location is far from the center. Very Nice business center and lobby. Lovely landscaping. The in room ac/heaters need updating.

    Nope, never again

Booking.com must pay for the good reviews, because every one of the reviews on AAA, were accurate to my stay. Filthy, stained mattress on the pull out couch. Dirty linens on the beds, 1 bar of soap.. pillows were rock hard. I'm a travel agent, and while my stays in El Paso are personal stays, I take notes of all the hotels. This one, by far, the worst. Breakfast was a joke- biscuits and gravy that looked more like glue. Hard boiled eggs and salsa, mini waffles.. Thanks, but no thanks, I'll just have coffee.
