Did not have good experience with customer service at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here. They did not offer all that we paid to receive. We paid for their largest room (Star class producer's suit) and had trouble multiple times when dealing with employees and managers. We had trouble at check in and trying to get pick up arrangements taken care of. I was told I was not being honest and had to show proof of reservations to 3 different managers at 3 different times. I spent 3 hours out of my last day to speak to two managers to make sure all of our party could be transported to the airport. We had multiple situation that frustrated us and I only get 200 words on this review. My recommendation would be to stay at another hotel. Costa Rica itself was beautiful and we made the most of our vacation. Would have been better if I did not have to spend so much time arguing with staff.

Recently stayed at the Planet Hollywood. It was a wonderful experience and a very enjoyable holiday. The Staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. They would go above and beyond with their service. Food was good, entertainment good for a holiday resort. The cart drivers were alo brilliant. I would like to mention some of the staff for exceptional service . Fabian, Jorge, Luis, Yeraly ,Allen Chaves. Jeffrey was brilliant and made our holiday special with his help and was really friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

A great hotel!
Went to the Planet Hollywood in Costa Rica from 4/15-4/20/25 & had a great time! The food especially the buffet was great with lots of fresh tasty food and variety. The staff at the check in were very friendly and helpful especially Daniel. The gym was good too with enough equipment (although the weights were a bit old). Jorge and Eric were the gym staffers & were great motivators. However I Wish they had more interactive hosts for the pool activities; they spoke too softly, did not hype up the pool crowd and did not get alot of guests to participate in the pool games. The spa was amazing and we got a couples massage (my wife and I) and it was probably the best massage of our lives! The entire hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming and attentive. We definitely would recommend the hotel if you want to stay in a welcoming atmosphere that’s fun and has great food and activities too.

Planet Hollywood Tex Mex Restaurants
Awesome service and great table side margaritas! Mango was our favorite!! Dylan was very attentive server and went above and beyond! Angie was excellent as well and cocktails kept flowing! We would highly recommend this restaurant!!!!!

Great experience
Steven and Yassira at the Premier bar is a top notch bar tenders and super friendly! Their attention to detail is on point and give great recommendations. I make it a point to stop down and say Hi to my friends. I highly recommend grabbing a drink and chatting with Steven and Yassira!!!
