General Policies:

Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization upon check-in for incidentals, this will place a hold on your funds. If you don’t provide a credit/debit card, a cash deposit is required upon check-in for incidentals. Please check with hotel for daily incidental fees/security deposits.

No smoking allowed in the casino, convention center, restaurants and bars, hotel rooms, corridors, or common areas, including resort pools.

Convention Policy - Convention attendees cannot not book this property for their convention stay, they must book through the proper convention source. Convention attendees that violate this policy will be responsible for paying any higher rates and may not be eligible for any promotional offerings.

General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

Resort Fee - A mandatory hotel-imposed fee is charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out for guests from all origins.

If there is evidence of smoking in your room, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $500 charged to your account for Park MGM rooms.
Pet Policy

Dog-Friendly Fee applies as follows:
• Dogs are the only animal allowed.
• There is a mandatory dog friendly fee of [$100.00 per night, per dog] for rooms and [$150.00 per night, per dog] for suites. These fees will be applied to your folio and payable directly to the hotel at time of checkout.
• Up to two dogs are allowed, with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
• A second dog fee will be charged at check-in if bringing two dogs.
• Due to health code regulations, dogs (except for service dogs) are not allowed in public areas including, but not limited to: any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas, except as passing through.
• Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms, suites, and the designated outdoor locations.

    Park MGM for your next Vegas Stay!

    Park MGM has always been a great experience for my family. We love the rooms, and services. That it is a non-smoking casino makes the experience even better. We always look forward to our Vegas trip with Park MGM. The food selection is great with steakhouse, Best Friend, and Eatly which gives you a great experience like you were in Italy.

    Non smoking casino!!!

    Only smoke free casino on the strip! No nasty smells and very clean. Showers were kick ass with great water pressure. Beds were so comfortable. Not as crowded as other strip hotels and doesnt have the usual drunk and rowdy clientele you typically find after midnight in the other Vegas hotels!!

    Great Time at Park MGM

    Loved the whole experience. Clean, beautiful rooms and hardly ever smelled any smoke.Had a wonderful time. Easy access to other MGM properties and the strip. Overall experience made for a wonderful time had by all . Will stay here again.

    Our 3 night stay at Park MGM

    This is the first time we had terrible service so it comes as a surprise. Not sure if this is a new trend or just a one off. Room was not cleaned well, sheets had someone else's hair on them and obviously not fresh on es. Room Service for in room dining delivery person was persuasive on a tip and was even telling us how much we should give him. Apparently the $5.00 we have him for a small order was not to his liking.

    Would only stay at this hotel on strip

    Very clean, very spacious, very bright rooms and lots of pillows. Love that this hotel is smoke free. Casino and restaurants are both very good. The mgm app makes everything so smooth from checking in to parking and even restaurant reservations.
