Beautiful and so relaxing
Seems like a dream that we were there. My husband and I spent 8 nights here, end of February/March, for our first trip to Cabo. We stayed in a Royal Service swim up pool. From first arrival to the very end of our stay, the staff was absolutely amazing. Alex our butler was the absolute best!!! Actually missed getting his texts when we left. This resort is beautiful and the water/beach views spectacular. We would see whales on a daily basis. Our room was the best!! Clean, well stocked, awesome large shower (2 shower heads) They did do away with full liquor bottles in the room and no snacks as from what I had read. Some other issues with amenities after talking to others Restaurant food was ok except for La Palapa (Royal service only) which was most excellent. Part of the problem we ran into was, the servers did not understand nor speak English very well. We had a major issue with Gastro when we went. Because of the language barrier and total misinterpretation of how the prices worked, we got over charged big time and nothing was done about it except for a simple so sorry. Pools....excellent!!! We spent the majority of our time by the Royal pool. Water was not really heated but definitely swimmable. Beach is beautiful but the sand is very coarse/rock chips. The swimmable area still has a current and was cold. Spa....we did a couples massage with Lilia and Cynthia, which was first rate. Once again, the language inconsistency came into play. We tipped 20% but then come to find out when bill was received that a tip was already included. Fitness Room is small, dark and does not have enough equipment for the size of the resort. Only 1 bench, 1 set of dumbbells for each weight and very crowded. Royal service is well worth the money! Awesome lounge area that we used multiple times daily. La Palapa restaurant is the best. Shout outs to....(apologies if names spelled incorrectly) Alex- Butler Fusto- Royal Lounge bartender Boris- Royal pool bartender Bernese- La Palapa breakfast Jose Manual- La Palapa server-always smiling and so pleasant Alfredo- Big pool bartender Every staff member we met was great. So why the very good rating vs excellent... -Language barrier is such a common theme -Food quality just ok except for La Palapa and Gabi Beach lunch -room amenities inconsistent -fitness room too small and not enough equipment Room suggestion...Royal service for sure!! If you do book a swim out pool room, ask for the side facing the golf course. We had room 3025, sunshine from 12:30 pm on. And make sure to ask for Alex to be your butler.
Paradise at Paradisus!
I had such an incredible time staying at Paradisus for 3 nights with my friends. I absolutely recommend the Royal service! Head butler Alejandro Cruz and Marianne Desvignes took excellent care of our group. From the tropical cocktails, to the thoughtfully crafted meals; I can’t thank our butlers and Paradisus enough for their service. I already can’t wait to get back to that little slice of heaven!
Best Place Ever!!! <3
By far my favorite place i have ever stayed in my LIFE. The service was so kind & made us feel so at home. Mrs. Marianne Desvignes was such a pleasure and showed us all around the place and made sure we all knew everything this place had to offer. Also, big thanks to Alejandro Cruz for being so good to us as well! The service we received was unforgettable! Food & Drinks 10/10 AMAZING. I loved the Royal Service, so peaceful and amazing memories with the people who mean most to me! Thank you so much for such an amazing stay!
Best Hotel Experience of my life!
My 3 night stay at the Paradisus was literally the best of my life! Everything about the experiment blew my expectations! Favorite part was the Royal service and having our amazing butlers Marianne Desvignes and head butler Alejandro Cruz! They took SUCH GOOD CARE of us! I can express enough how was awesome they were.
The Paradisus was AMAZING!
Exceptional service, beautiful hotel and pools, and an all around luxury experience. Drinks and food were constantly being offered poolside. Many activities to engage in (tequila and mezcal tastings, wine and art, salsa lessons, water aerobics) with very enthusiastic instructors. Had a blast learning Salsa from Cesar and loved the tastings and water aerobics from Jonathon and Rogelio. Whale watching from the beach bar was also a bonus! I would absolutely stay at this resort again.
