Omni Providence stay
Nice facility in good location. Very comfy bed and pillows. As an fyi - east tower room on high floor was a bit noisy with thin walls and outdoor noise. Housekeeping was fine when they came but did not come every day during our 5 night stay (did not come one day and on another they came at 5pm as we were getting ready to go out after having been out all day). All in all, it was a pleasant stay and decent value.

Providence cheer competition 2025
Nice hotel, the rooms were a bit dated but it gave it charm. The hotel is connected to the Providence Place mall and the Amica Mutual Pavillion so once you valet you vehicle ($30+/day) you can walk around the walkable city of Providence. We had a double full beds room with beautiful views of the city. Room was spacious for the 3 of us. No microwave in room ( saw one in the ice room in the hallway but there was a fridge in room. Rooms were relatively quiet. We attended a cheer competition so it was quite busy weekend (we were there for 3 days- Fri to Sun), and we didn't have to leave the hotel/mall/arena area, except to walk to get breakfast on Sunday morning a few blocks away. There is a restaurant and bar on site with breakfast buffet served on weekends. Staff was nice, friendly and welcoming.

Not up to Omni Standards
The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is run down. The rooms are average at best. We rented three rooms. One room had a rusty shower. Another room had paint chipped ceiling. The pool is permanently closed. The elevators aren’t fully operating. The restaurant Fleur was excellent. Fun bar, great cocktails and bar bites.

Friendly & Comfortable in Providence
I have traveled to Providence for work for 9 weeks this winter and spring and I have stayed at the Omni each time. It’s a very comfortable hotel and conveniently located downtown near the mall, convention center, and many restaurants. There is a sky bridge connecting the hotel directly to the mall. I would recommend rooms in the west tower as they are newer. Try to get a corner room if possible. Great views of the Rhode Island state house from one side and the Narragansett Bay in the distance on the other. The beds, linens and pillows are comfy and the hot water is plentiful. Each room has a fridge and Keurig, but no microwave which is one of the few inconveniences. The restaurants inside the hotel are very expensive but high quality. The room service is excellent, particularly the turkey club. Phenomenal French fries. Pretty good lobster roll. I have not seen any vending machines anywhere but I wish there was one. The coffee shop makes very good strong coffee, and if you’re an Omni member you get a free drink ticket (more as you move up the levels). One complaint is that they very frequently open later than advertised. Service is pleasant. I wish it was open past 2pm but there are other coffee shops nearby. Overall I’m so glad I chose the Omni. I recommend it and will continue to stay there when business brings me to Providence!

Daysha
The hotel was very nice and the location was great. I never could get wifi, but an assistant manager named, Daysha, went out of her way to try and help me get wifi. The food in the hotel restaurant Fleur was excellent. It is really a beautiful hotel.
