The service was wonderful from start to finish and Joyce did a great job maintaining the room daily. Nice renovations inside the room and love the extra amenities as well. Close to the beach, shopping district and lots of local food trucks near by if you don't feel like dining out everyday.

Our housekeeper was Jei Li, and she was great. She greeted us each time she saw us and serviced our room every day; the hotel is very clean. The hotel is newly renovated and was done nicely, but it has some issues. The bathroom is small and the sink is wonky. It is small and narrow so you have to really lean in when brushing your teeth or washing your face, etc. There is no ice machine, so you have to “order” ice from the front desk and housekeeping brings it up. There is also no guest laundry so it was not convenient for an extended stay (although they offer a send out service). The lobby is beautiful with plenty of seating to meet up. It is covered but open to the breeze. It is well-lit with no concerns for safety. If you are looking for ocean views this is not the place for you but it sits just a couple of short, convenient blocks from Waikiki Beach, so all-in-all well worth it.

Love the renovations!!
The Reno’s were just completed and the lobby & street level look absolutely amazing. Have stayed At Ohana East 3 times now and love the rooms, all well appointed. The location is perfect, close to the beach, bus stops at the corner, with many great restaurants within a 5 minute radius. Angie on front desk is friendly, professional and always makes an effort to get you into your room ASAP. Well worth a stay here, a quality property

Incredible Stay
This is an incredible value. Great location, updated and clean! The whole experience here was better than any other hotel experience we’ve had! Marilon at the front desk was exceptional. She took the time to listen to what we planned, and offered great additional tips. Thank you for the great service and incredible memories Marilon! Mahalo!!!

Great Stay...Highly recommend
We stayed here for 3 nights /4 days after arriving from a cruise. This Hotel has been completely renovated from top to bottom. From the time we arrived , until the time we left we were treated with 5 star service. The front desk staff was helpful and you have the services of an on site concierge for all of your questions. The hotel is conveniently located to several attractions and local shopping. Waikiki beach is about a 3 minute walk. Several restaurant choices are in the area to suit all palates. The pool area is quite relaxing and is well stocked. We were fortunate enough to meet the manager, Kiana and she is amazing. She has a great staff. Would highly recommend this Hotel to stay at in Waikiki.
