Everything was great! Carlos the butler was exceptional! I'm so glad to visit this hotel. About the restaurant in Privileged section was very nice and the waiter Manuel very helpful and kind. Pictures taken with the tucan amazing! Thanks a lot, see you next year for sure.

We had an amazing time here on our Anniversary!!The food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff one that stood out was Shanardo the manger ! I was having a hard time booking restaurants and was frustrated Shanardo heard my frustration and made accommodation and was very professional and friendly. He is a game changer outstanding. We loved every minute! Shanardo is the best

This was our first all star inclusive for this region. Booked the trip knowing very little about the resort chain but was pleasantly surprised. Upgraded to prestige level for a nominal fee based upon reviews we read. Was well worth it. Brandon our butler (yes wow we had a butler) looked after us. A different amazing dining experience every night of our seven night stay. The experience lounge was our go to place for breakfast. Steps away from the ocean. What a view. The two gentlemen that looked after us every morning made us feel like family (wish I remember their names. I’m a guy and name recall is my Achilles heal). The staff at the pools were amazing looking out for me when my drink was getting low or when I needed a towel. Providing constant energy with dancing in the main pool area, tequila mixing or guacamole making classes in the prestige pool and finding other ways through their own energy to keep people enjoying the experience The room was very clean and large. Got to love being at one with wildlife. My wife loved the cats and iguanas found throughout the resort For me I was amazed by the birds(and beautiful bird calls) the alligators just over the fencing in areas protected by the resort and the amazing fish found just off the shore when we went snorkeling. The beach was amazing despite it being seaweed season. That’s what coexisting with nature is The resort did great job cleaning the sargasso weed up every morning. Much better than most of the other resorts. Wish the pools were open later (they close 7pm) and if you want to do activities and excursions through the hotel they fill up quick so book day one everything with them then plan your outside tours afterwards. The hotel bike ride to the local town was a great but very popular “included” activity. The complimentary free diving class was full and we couldn’t get in. The dive shop in the resort we booked our Tulum and senotes tour with and was worth every penny. Nice being in a group of 8 versus the groups of 100 the bigger tour companies do(was crazy watching those groups go through the senotes swims). To the management of the hotel all I can say is your staff is the experience with your hotel and you hit the jackpot with them. Thank you

We love all these guys Antonio Gustavo Eduardo Alejandro Alfredo And hilda at pool bar and lobby bar .. I really enjoyed the bar by the party pool! All these guys are amazing! Definitely would come back for my next vacation! The service and entertainment at the bar is fantastic!!

Antonia. Eduardo Gustavo Alejandro Hilda and Alfredo Ricardo at ocean burger too These employees made my daughter’s and mine stay both a delight and a super professional experience! They were all very attentive and ready to help us both with umbrellas at the pool and serving us unique and custom drinks . If you go her please visit the Ocean Burger by the pool .. small menu but all items are delicious and Ricardo the server is so sweet and attentive . Good job group 😊 are all exceptional in customer service and hospitality 😘 see you all soon
