I travel alone and as a single female. This resort was really amazing and the staff are outstanding- they all work so very hard at making sure every guest feels welcome. I’ll be back once the world is healthy and safe! Be safe, take care! We’re all in this together 😀❤️
Terrible food, average service and lazy staff
Did not like this place. It's possible I'm not cut out for all-inclusive resorts. All it seemed to mean was "plentiful"....quality is clearly not the priority. The wine served was horrendous. I mean exceptionally poor. The food was average to below average. Sure, you could get a lot of it....but it was just not good. The staff didn't seem to really care about what you needed either. At one point we had a legitimate complaint about something and were greeted by the front desk laughing in our face. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a Mexican resort.

This is my 4th visit to Marival Emotions over the past 7 years and each trip has been amazing. This month they responded quickly to the changing needs with Covid 19. All staff were professional and very hygienic with gloves, masks and personal service vs. buffet. We had hand sanitizer brought to us before each meal. Of special note in service: Josephina And Roberto in Labamba Cesar, Laura, Daniel and Humberto in Mai tai beach club Leo - Mgr of La Pergola Nicolas and Jose in Amalfi. And a big thank you to all the bartenders and food prep/chefs! Well done Marival staff. I hope to see you again. Stay safe!
I wanted to let everyone know how wonderful Josephina who works in the La Bamba restaurant at Marival Emotions is. She gave great service and was very friendly. Josephina was full of useful information and always happy to share it with us. Great job!
Beautiful resort, exceptional staff!
I recently traveled to Marival Emotions resort & suites to meet my parents who have a time share at the resort. I spent a week enjoying the beach, pool, restaurants, entertainment and of course the sunshine. The resort is beautiful, clean and well kept. La Bamba restaurant was great for breakfast, right on the ocean. The staff at La Bamba was exceptional! Josephina was fabulous, so friendly, she made sure we had everything we needed and treated us like family. Thank you Josephina!
