Rodrigo was OUTSTANDING and made our days at the pool unforgettable and stress free ! He really was one of the best aspects of the whole trip !! The food was was above average and the MB restaurant was our personal favorite due to service and the quality of the dishes

This is the life.
We had the best day in a cabana at Live Aqua. The view is insane and the staff is so happy and accommodating. Special thanks to Eduard for setting us up with our luxury cabana! I highly recommend this all-inclusive resort. Both the beach and pool are amazing!

Wonderful and we WILL be back!
This is the cleanest and friendliest all-inclusive I have ever visited. A 10/10 for sure. We were treated so well by everyone we encountered. The pool service is second to none and the options for both swimming and food/beverage was fantastic.

“Feel like Home”
Amazing place with excellent facilities. Really feel like home. Exceptional services by the entire staffs. Starbucks makes us smile in early morning with hot coffee even before opening of restaurants for breakfast. Pools and restaurants were amazing. The entire resort was clean and tidy. Ms. Maggie and Mr. Arturo (our designated butlers) rendered remarkable services to us. They took utmost care and ensure our comfort in all possible ways from check in to check out. They responded our questions and requests within shortest possible time. In one word “We feel like home” during our entire visit. Coming again for sure.

A Truly Unforgettable Experience at Live Aqua Cancun! Our stay at Live Aqua was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service, the atmosphere, the food—everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to our incredible butlers, Arturo and Maggie—they were so thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring every single day. They made us feel so special and looked after every little detail to ensure we were always comfortable and happy. Starting each morning with fresh juice from Marco was such a highlight—he brought such great energy and made sure everything was perfect. The food at all the restaurants was absolutely delicious—flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The service everywhere was top, with everyone being so kind and attentive. We left with our hearts full and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Live Aqua, for such a memorable and perfect stay!
