During Pandemic Filthy, Not Disinfected, Mildewed Hairs All Over The bathroom floors so not swept, Air conditioner Covered In Greasy Fingerprints, food, hairs, dirt. Oh my God, and I paid for this! You know that if the floor wasn't swept that there is no way the room was disinfected, and I had to sleep there cause it was too late to go elsewhere. Still freaking out, hope we don't get sick.

    Cozy, Affordable L.I.

Truly beautiful hotel for an affordable price with a courteous staff. Check in went easy and the attendant was kind enough to allow us access to a door closer to our car. He even set us up with a late check-out just as a courtesy. The signature Breakfast that LaQuinta offers was curtailed as a result of the pandemic, but menus were offered and delivery personnel could bring it right to your door like room service. Just fantastic!

    Terrible Hotel

My family stayed at The Laquinta Hotel in Bohemia NY from August 21 through August 23 to attend a wake and funeral. While the staff was polite and professional, the rooms were disgraceful. The carpet was torn in two places, the wallpaper was peeling off of all four walls, the door to access the fridge was hanging off, door jambs were damaged, the upholstery was torn on the sofa, the tub/shower valve did not work and the indicator glass in the elevator was broken presenting a shock hazard. In addition, the 4th floor hallway had a strong odor of marijuana. My wife and I were in room 426 and my son and his wife were in room 412.

    Never again

Hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. I’ve been in worse places but definitely not a place I would ever stay at again. Dated, musty, stained. Nice lobby but it ends there. I didn’t feel like my room was actually dirty but I didn’t feel like it was as clean as it should be with COVID protocols especially. Had to complain to the front desk about the reeking smell of weed in the hallway. Also stepped in dog poop while standing outside the front door but that is a guest’s fault because they didn’t bother to clean up after their dog!! Never again at a pet hotel and I am a dog owner!! If there was another hotel nearby I may have left but it was only for an overnight and it’s near where I had to go in the morning. Place definitely needs an overhaul!!!!

Dirty rooms, Dirty hallways, Dirty elevators, Dirty everywhere.

La Quinta Bohemia is just a mess of a hotel. I spent one week here after the August 2020 windstorm, and I tell you now - avoid this place unless you are desperate for a room. Police show up on a routine basis to address the constant calls from Staff and Guests. Seems like a place where Social Services place people without homes. With so many hotel options available in this area, I strongly suggest that you mark this one at the bottom of your list when making your decision as to where to stay while visiting Long Island. It;s a great place to vacation - unless you decide to stay at this location.
