A fast 5 hour stay during a longer drive

Check in was fast and friendly but we did not have parking near our room. The room was not up to par for sure, doorknob was grimy and the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The television did not work either but it was late and I needed to sleep anyway.

Not worth it, avoid if traveling with children

Disappointing is the only word I can think of for this visit. The floor was badly stained, I put blankets and towels down to avoid bare feet making contact. Told my three year old the ground was “lava” so she wouldn’t want to run around. The bathroom smelt awful of what I’m hoping is mold/mildew. The ceiling had black mold. Found a couple of mouse/rat droppings. The dust that has now caked on the lighting fixtures, baseboards and throughout the room caused some sniffles amongst the three of us. We would of left or demanded another room but we have been traveling for over 8 hours and just need to recoup before we head out again. Don’t stay here. If you have young children especially don’t stay here. I’ve always loved staying at La Quinta’s and this visit has me reconsidering.

Horrible sleep. Not the room we requested.

The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. We got checked in and left straight to a show and didnt get back till 1 AM. When we got into the room, we had two twins instead of the king we requested. Not wanting to make a fuss we tried to make it work. They were extremely uncomfortable and even the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Apart from that you could every single noise that came from outside. We even had the unfortunate experience of horrible neighbors who yelled at each other most of the night. The next morning the woman who checked us out was very nice and helpful and very apologetic about our stay.

    multiple issues

My room had many issues. The faucet in the bathroom was dripping. tub would not empty, and the flapper on the toilet always needed extra help to seat. The lights at the bedside did not work. There were no outlets that were easily accessible for recharging phones and laptops. The coffee maker was in the bathroom, too near the toilet for my comfort. This room was supposed to be handicap accessible, but these issues make it unsafe for someone with strength or balance issues.

    Nice place

The hotel was clean. People were friendly. They gave us a breakfast bag because they could not serve breakfast. Front desk person went up the steps to get ice for me because it is hard for me to climb stairs.
