    Cool and trendy Arts hotel

I am writing this from a pandemic viewpoint regarding our last hotel stay before the lockdown. For the most part, we loved our stay at the Saint Kate! This property is filled with artwork, big open space lobby with a super cool vibe bar and seating, an additional bar and dining on an upper floor, comfortable and clean rooms, coffee stations on each floor, top-notch workout facility and central location. All of my requirements satisfied! We had an issue with hotel staff who managed 2 different problems in very bizarre ways. So I am not going to base my entire opinion on how these issues were handled and would definitely return for a future stay....once the world reopens.

    Amazing Property

The hotel bar is awesome from coffee in the am to a cocktail in the pm. The lobby space and the elevator landings are so interesting! There is cool art touches everywhere from the door handles to the wall paper to the art installations in each room. Our room had a record player and color crayons with paper to doodle on while waiting for others to get ready. Truly a must seel We will definitely stay here again.

    Amazing Hotel

We had a magnificent time at the Saint Kate Hotel. There are many types of food and restaurants, and we tried them all. The Happy Hour in The Bar, located in the lobby, begins at 4 p.m. and it is a happening place; filled with people and music. We shared a pizza, had an elegant dinner in the Dark Room, breakfast, and a very chocolate – chocolate cake. We actually decided to eat all our meals at the hotel because they were so varied and had good food. The art work is all over the hotel and we spent a great deal of time walking the halls and enjoying the gallery experience. Art is displayed in the guest rooms and the music is jazzy and varied. Our room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were comfortable. Who could ask for more? The staff is so helpful, generous, and knowledgeable that we really felt like royalty. Did I mention that you get a glass of champagne upon arrival??? Well, you get that too. We can’t say enough about the hotel, the rooms, the restaurants, and the staff. Wonderful!

    Lovely Stay in Downtown Milwaukee

First of all, when they asked during the booking process of there was a special occasion, I didn’t think there would be chilled champagne ready to drink and a hand-written birthday card in the room! Every detail of this hotel was perfect. We were in one of the basic rooms, I can’t imagine what some of the others look like! From the record player, to the ukulele, to the design of the room, the local artist’s paintings, location, concierge, guest service, prompt room service, it was all a wonderful experience. Next time, I’ll have to stay for more than one night! Whether you’re into the arts or not, this hotel is for everyone.

Nice location but hotel needs work

Great view from room and close to interesting architecture. However thermostat did not work properly so room was either 80 or 68 degrees. Hot water was completely milky. Bed was great and room otherwise fine. Very mixed experience.
