Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.

Spring Break Policies - Iberostar Hotels & Resorts is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
- All student/youth groups must be preapproved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Back in March, we spent a week in this resort with our son’s family. It was a great week spent in a great resort. We loved it!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The food was excellent, and speaking of the food special thanks to chef Mario and his team, especially the pasta and pizza station young chefs. Outstanding!!! Chef Mario made sure our grandson have fresh dairy and nuts free meals every day. Great chef with a big heart. All the staff was excellent, friendly, pleasant, helpful, smiles on their faces even when the kids were making a mess. The pool area is amazing, well kept all day long. The only downfall is they don’t have the best beach but still nice. This was our first visit to Jamaica, but definitely won’t be the last. Lidija & Velce Toronto, Canada
Great family vacation thanks to Chef Mario!
My family and in-laws visited this resort on March 8-15th and had a fantastic trip! We were very apprehensive to travel to an all inclusive resort as my son has severe food allergies however Chef Mario and Paris at the pasta station took care of his dietary needs and were very accommodating! Chef Mario went above and beyond and even went to get some ingredients on his day off so my son could have a dairy free pizza so I just want to say a Big THANK YOU to him! The rooms were very clean and nice and the food was great. The amenities were very nice as well and we could not have asked for a better family vacation. The staff were very friendly and hard working and always had a smile on their face. This was our first time visiting the Iberostar Rose Hall Beach and it will not be the last. Looking forward to coming back as soon as it is safe to travel!
2nd time at the resort but not the last.
Beautiful resort, well maintained, good food and lovely beach. Staff are very polite and always there to help with anything you need. We had a couple of issues with our room - ceiling fan and small leak in bathroom were both dealt with within 3 hours.
We came back again and Loved it
Our vacation always begins with Eric from Eric's Chillout Tours (876-790-3154). He picks us up at the airport and bring us to our resort. Using him, we beat everyone to the resort, Eric had a red stripe beer for my wife and me and he had the good stuff for me. Going to the Iberostar Suite is like coming home. When dropped off, we got hugs and big smiles from the valets Dale, David, Ricardo and Hyron. I like these guys. I can’t pass them without going to talk and laugh it up with them. A great start to our vacation. My friend at the desk Orlando, was there with a big smile. He remembered us from 2 years ago. The Front Desk Supervisor, Cora checked us into the same room as we had for 4 years. I love this room, with a big tub, double sinks, king size bed and full fridge. The view is as I remembered, beautiful. The Iberostar Suite is a very friendly, large, clean and a well run resort. The beach was great, calm in the mornings and a little windy in the afternoon. At the beach I talked to my friends the lifeguards, Bruce, Norris, Allen and Dick. We liked it at the small pool. It was mostly empty for the 2 weeks we were there. All the kids (18 to 25) hung out at the large pool. Not my cup of tea. We had great bar service here at the small pool, Doreen, Kemisha and others came by often with a drink and a smile. I loved this spot, nice shade and sun if we wanted. The towel girl Kevian (Goody) was nearby, if we wanted a new towel or magazine to read, she had it. The bartenders are first rate; Staff like, Jules, Steve, Christopher (the cigar guy) Javoni, Doreen (the hardest working waitress on the island), Melissa and the rest ensured our glass (or Bubba) was full. The supervisors Waylon, Leighton and Dwayne remembered our names and always came over to make sure the drinks and service was first rate. The food is world class. It was prepared and presented like no where else I have been. The islands best Chef’s, Dwight, Marlon, Patrick, Isaiah and Jermaine work here. The bartender at the steakhouse where we ate everyday was an old friend Orlando. He was a floor sweeper who was promoted to bartender. He told me his life was so good now, he felt like he was living in a dream. The property was spotless and always being cleaned with workers likes Richard who never stopped working or smiling. The beach was kept cleaned and raked every day. The entertainment team was also very good with, Peaches, Suzie, Carlos and KiKi. They talked to us every day on the beach. We came to relax and they understood why we played no games. The live music (from 7:30 to 9:30) in the coffee bar was good. Many nights we would walk to the beaches side and have a drink after supper. They also had live entertainment some nights from 7 to 9. We also went to Blue Moon bar almost every night. Here they played Jamaican music. This is one of the reasons why I go to Jamaica is the music. I don’t like Reggae music I love it. The DJ’s always played my favourite music. My friend the Front Desk Manager Andrea was promoted to Assistant Resort Manager. Every time we saw him running around he would stop, shake my hand and make sure all was well. The new General Manager Santo came by and introduced himself to us. What a nice guy. The staff from the top down are exceptional. It took many years and many resorts to find this place and we will continue to come back again and again.
The staff is the highlight of our trip. You can tell the true happiness versus the normal professional courtesy. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. I saw a lot of maintenance going on and the infrastructure was excellent and well maintained. I thought the food was above average with great service. Another highlight I'd like to mention are the trees on the beach. They made wonderful natural shade and you felt truly lost in an awesome way. The beach was very clean as was the rest of the resort. I'd like to wish the staff and their families all the best since I now understand the resorts are closed due to the pandemic.
