Nice resort but badly administrated!
Unfortunately, this nice resort is very confusing, as there are many areas that are only accessible with the wright hotel. As there are 5 hotels together with no separation line you needed to have rules that are smoothly adapted. Unfortunately, that isn‘t the case and some hotel directors are treating you as a guest from another hotel like a dog that entered to the wrong home!

Awesome Trip
This was our first time visiting Mexico. The experience was amazing. We loved the resort. It had everything we could want. The food, pools, beach and shows were awesome. Franco was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the games and shows that he encouraged us to participate in. We would definitely stay here again. The resort was sparkling clean and we felt the staff did an excellent job following Covid procedures.

First Time Family Paradise
I absolutely loved this experience! I don't simply call it a hotel because it is so much more than that. This experience is meant for anybody: kids, teens, adults; they have something for everyone. I enjoyed all the activities that they had. They ran volleyball games, football games, and so much more. Huberto was incredible. He is one the most amazing people I have ever met. You have to meet him when you go. Huberto is one of the most personable, energetic, and fun people I have met. With his amazing public speaking skills and pony tail he reminds me of the host from the movie Hunger Games. I coined him señor Hunger Games for my visit. You should definitely call him that too when you see him. You must honestly partake in this immersive experience. The people are so kind and helpful and the scenery is breathtaking. Do not miss out! And say "hola" to señor Hunger Games for me. ;)

Best kids program ever!
We weren't sure it'll be a good trip with Covid and all. It really was! Yes there were some precautions and changes like masks and servers at the buffet. But that didn't spoil our stay. The entertainment was awesome. The best we ever had in the Caribbean and we've been to a dozen different hotels. The Star Camp (kids program) is absolutely amazing. You see them all day - playing games, swimming at the pool, doing treasure hunts, rehearsing for that night show etc, having an awesome time! We would have them go to the beach or have lunch with us and then they'll see the Star Camp group and ask to join them. Those shows every night were great, they were given costumes to wear. Everybody had fun. Great for elementary aged children, older ones just wanted to do their own thing. Like go to a local "Star bucks", get treats for free and read a book :)

Excellent accommodation, beach and food
I stayed with my 8 year old son for Christmas holidays in Iberostar Paraiso Beach. Staff was kind and helpful. My son has food allergies (dairy, egg, beef and poultry) and it was wonderfully taken care of by the kitchen staff and chefs. I’ll be always grateful for the care and safety. The hotel is wonderfully clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic time.
