SPRING BREAK POLICY - IBEROSTAR HOTELS AND RESORTS a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations.The valid period is March 1st, 2021 to April 30th, 2021. Spring Breakers
are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age. - One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required
per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behaviour. - In the event that any guest(s) engaging in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel
Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s)

STUDENT/YOUTH GROUPS POLICY - In order to maintain a family-oriented environment, Iberostar Hotels and Resorts will be implementing a policy directed at student/youth groups. Students/youth are considered by the hotel as any person between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy instituted for all bookings traveling in the months of March and April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- All student/youth groups must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to make a refundable cash deposit of USD $200.00 per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
- In the event that any member(s) from the group engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the hotel management reserves the right to expel the entire group without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Highbridge ladies in Montego Bay - May 2023
Despite the rain every day we were there, we had a great time! Kudos especially to Devon (our private butler) Raheem (bellhop) and Amanda (one of the chefs). I highly recommend the Jamaican restaurant Port Maria and the Surf and Turf, Galleon. Attention to every detail was a plus. Also had a great tour guide (Sheldon) around the island and the DJ was on point as well!! Would definitely return to Iberostar...one suggestion, keep buffet open for evening meal in case you are undecided about choosing a themed restaurant. Yeah mon!!

Awesome Resort
I checked into the Grand on 6/2/23 and checked out 6/6/23… from the start to end, I enjoyed my trip!! The customer service was phenomenal!! I’ve already booked my next trip here (August 2023). Ralston was very pleasant and made sure that my room was fully stocked and all of my needs were met!! Hands down, this was the best resort ever!!

Invest your $ elsewhere
First and foremost, the customer service at this resort was appalling. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist. Our requests for basic information and assistance were met with indifference and even rudeness. It was disheartening to see how poorly guests are treated. Moreover, the facilities at the resort were in a state of disrepair. Equipment in kids area was falling apart and very unsafe. Our room was disgusting and unkept. It was far from clean and lacked basic amenities. The furniture was worn out and uncomfortable, and the bedding was old and stained. There is also poor circulation. We had to repeatedly ask for essentials like towels and toiletries, as they were not provided promptly. It was evident that the maintenance of the resort was severely neglected, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment.

The lobby bar gave us lasting memories
Despite the rain we experienced the wife and I had a great time! The facilities were clean, the views were amazing, and the entertainment (michael jackson/Motown) were great! By far though the favorite part of our stay was had in the lobby bar. The staff there deserve all the praise for making us feel like family and taking great care of us. Gary, Andre, Damion, Christopher, and Cassandra were especially kind and I would go back for them alone! Gary, our butler on the 4th floor was amazing as well and took care of everything we asked for. For dinner our favorite restaurant was the Japanese hibachi, Ramon put on a great show. Would def recommend and hope you don’t run into weather issues but if you do, rest assured that the staff in the lobby bar and theater will take great care of you and make the best of it.

Pleasantly surprised
I have stayed at the Iberostar suites before and loved it. Upon reading reviews prior to my trip, I was so hesitant about the Grand. The reviews were sometimes horrible about the staff and the restaurants. As quite a high maintenance female, I would like to say how wrong they were !!!! The staff was AMAZING. The check in, Felicia, our butler, Zen, our pool girl, Venise❤️. Every dinner was enjoyable. I can’t complain about one thing. I have been to many islands and if you want crystal blue ocean water, do not go here. Negril is your spot. There is seaweed but not hotels fault. I can say this is a wonderful enjoyable hotel !
