Beautiful Facility & amazing service. All server treated me like a family member. Andre, the server was really special any where he was serving ( Buffet area at Coral Level, pool area, right in the beach and in the main buffet right next to the Hotel Lobby. This guy gave us an amazing service. The rooms at the coral level facility (were we stayed) are excellent, very clean and beautiful with easy access to the beach and pools.
Amazing food and personal service
We went with our best friends, Maya and Navin to Dominicana, Punta Cana on 1 March 2020 at this resort. Their service was impeccable. Rooms were clean and the resort had plenty of places to relax. Their entertainment was varied to suit all. Their buffet areas are dotted around the pool and main entrance. They had several restaurants, but we felt the buffet was the best we had come across. Chefs came out to ask how we felt about their cuisine and we mentioned to them that our friends were vegetarian and would like some spicy food. Faustino, Menuelo, and Danilo the head chef set about making us dishes. We had a beautiful Spanish Paella, Potato Brava, awesome prawns (for us), spicy parcels and another wonderful rice dish. We also used their state of the art fitness facilites and Spa/Sauna. We would happily go there again when the world is a safer place.
This is a great property, very clean and very beautiful situated on the beautiful Bavaro beach. The staff was amazing, entertainment was great and the food was very good as well. I would like to thank the staff for their efforts in entertaining us and making sure we were all happy and satisfied.
Beautiful Beach, wonderful resort, would recommend!
This was our first time at an Iberostar and my first time in the Dominican Republic. Overall: clean, well-located, amazing beach, great staff, ok food The Room: Ours was in the middle of the building, second floor facing the pool, we could see the ocean from our balcony too. We could hear the entertainment in the evening but never found it too disruptive. Our room had been updated sometime in the last few years. I wish the bathroom had been bigger or that the toilet was separated but it wasn't a huge issue. The bed was comfortable enough though still on the harder side. The Food: The food was fine, a lot of variety but things were often not labeled correctly. Quality was good but not amazing. The a la carte restaurants were also ok but not amazing. I had no stomach issues at the resort whatsoever from either the food or the filtered water they serve. The Beach - AMAZING what a fantastic location and great swimming. It does drop off fairly quickly for folks travelling with little ones but it's a nice sandy bottom. It can get rough but we swam even on the red flag days. Despite the signs, everyone reserves chairs so it's best to get out in the morning and do so if you want a prime spot in the busy seasons like march break. The beach vendors can be annoying but are generally respectful when you say no. We also felt comfortable leaving our bags on our chairs while swimming. The Staff - helpful and friendly regardless of whether you tipped or not (though we almost always did.)
Trip in a little paradise
Location of the resort is very beautiful, the landscape well maintained, beautiful beach. But we were experienced couple of disappointing events such as : the room (ours)was without the mosquito net,the remote control for tv not working properly, the air conditioning working but not efficient, no ventilation in the bathroom, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the push button for the toilet broken.the hotel staff very friendly but hard to communicate with them because of their poor knowledge of english language.
