    Winter Getaway

    Great resort and location to see the sights and relax by the pool. Very centrally located in Scottsdale to get to shopping, dining and hiking. Will definitely stay at this resort in the future if the price is right.

    Poor service

    You shouldn’t charge a resort fee if you don’t provide housekeeping or give guests clean towels. Your room is only cleaned if you stay five nights. ThAts bull! Then they need to bring the new towels to your room.

    Great Phoenix Retreat

    I have stayed at the Hyatt Gainey Ranch on a few occasions and must say that it is one of the nicest Hyatt properties that I know. The grounds are spectacular, the staff is superb and it is just a great place to relax and getaway. Additionally, it is near some great restaurants so getting out to eat is easy and convenient.

    Family friendly, yet adult minded

    The resort was wonderful - My wife and I spent a week here with our 4 children, ages ranging form 8 to 14. We all had a fantastic time. There is plenty of family and kid friendly space and activities, as well as adult space and privacy. Thank you Hyat tfor a fantastic time!

    Room Disaster

    Woke up to a wet, soaked carpet and my luggage and clothe all wet. The Bathroom Sink was clogged and disgusting. Took almost a full day before they could move me. Lost a paid day just waiting to be moved
