    Beautiful Grounds & Resort

I stayed here for a business conference and overall enjoyed my stay. Pros: -Grounds are lovely. They are beautifully maintained. While I didn't use the pool I did sit outside one evening and it was very pleasant. There were a lot of little areas to have a seat and relax outside in the nice Arizona sun! There were also spots in the shade -Everyone I encountered on the staff was friendly and welcoming -I didn't have a car and had some time to kill one day, so I took advantage of the complimentary shuttle to the shops in downtown Scottsdale. This was a really nice perk -Fitness center was nice and well-maintained Cons: -Location was okay. I was able to walk to a shopping area nearby, but it was a bit farther from the action downtown -My room was very nice but at night there was a loud clicking sound that would happen every so often which made it really difficult to sleep. I ended up leaving the TV on low volume the first night and downloaded a white noise app on my phone the second night, so that was pretty annoying. But I am a pretty light sleeper -The hotel was pretty spread out. I felt like it was a long walk to get from the lobby to my room Overall, very nice hotel but I think I would personally opt to stay somewhere closer to the downtown area if I were to return in the future.

Beautiful hotel but disappointed in activities

While the hotel is beautiful, I would not go back because I was disappointed in several activities. First of all it is much harder to make golf reservations than we expected because the golf course is a private course where members get first priority over guests. Also we thought we could easily go and hit balls and practice our chipping and putting but that requires a $ 30.00 daily fee. Second, the tennis facilities are in poor shape for this level of hotel and not properly maintained. After it rained, the courts were not brushed so they could dry. Third we wanted to go bike riding and at 9:30 am on Sunday morning all bikes were taken. We had been told there were plenty of bikes at the resort. Also we thought the beds were too firm - not the usual comfortable pillow top we like at most hotels. The pool and bar area are very nice but I would probably not go back.

    Oasis in the desert

Outstanding resort with full amenities and service that is impeccable. Definitely the place to stay in Scottsdale. Rooms are luxurious and food service is excellent. Great workout facility and classes too!

    Bachelorette Staycation

We stayed in the Casita and had a great time. Room was clean and spacious, and provided everything we needed. From check in, valet, bell service, to pool and spa, the staff here is exceptional, both in their capabilities and in their friendliness. Their attention to guest experience made our stay very memorable.

    Amazing property

I stayed at this resort for a business conference and was probably one of the best resorts I've stayed at. The spa was amazing along with amenities I was able to use during the day (private pool, whirlpool, and drink service). My husband and I are already a trip next year during Spring Training to stay here!
