    Stay During the Covid-19

The service with Hyatt Regency Houston was beyond what I expected and exactly what I needed during my stay in the beginning of the Covid-19 delimma that has effected the entire nation. My event was cancelled after I was there and they accomodated me beyond meausre. The staff was wonderul and the hotel was clean. I had water issues (not hot enough) in a room and they attempted to fix it to my need and when unable to do so without major disruption they moved me. They helped me through IT/ Internet issues for my virtual meetings, and ensured I was comfortable and safe by cleaning the hotel lobby and elevators consistently throughout the day. If I return to Houston I will most certianly book with them. The have great restaraunts, and staff, as well as a good location.

    Great Weekend at a Conference

Stayed here from Feb 20-23 to attend a conference with a group of colleagues and we all had a great time at this property. Clean rooms, nice staff, big and comfortable meeting spaces. We all enjoyed our time here, great job Hyatt!

    They CARE

The valet team was amazing when I had car issues. The front desk offered to allow me a late check out since I had arrived so late. Everyone at this hotel cares about their guest, and the guest experience.

    Concert Trip

I stayed two nights at the Hyatt Regency Houston for a weekend in spring 2020 while in town for a concert. The hotel was great. The entire staff was very friendly in every aspect and every encounter. The room itself was clean and up to date. The bar in the lobby was a bit overwhelmed but the concert goers after the show on Saturday night. Shula's Restaurant, also in the lobby, was also very good for breakfast. We used the workout facility and found it well equipped and large for a hotel. It was in the basement area, so now windows. The only down side was there was literally no where to walk to in the downtown area for something to do other than bars and restaurants. We were close enough to the Toyota Center to walk to the concert and we felt safe walking downtown. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel and would stay there again in Houston.

    Room and Food Poor

Spindeltop the "Revolving Restaurant" Limited Dinner menu and not everything available. Quality and presentation of food poor. This was one of the reasons we chose this Hotel, very dissapointed. Bed side lamp not working, table lamp damaged, no coffee cups
