It was definitely not clean! I had taken pictures of the shower to show the front desk and requested to have the bathroom cleaned. It is an older hotel, it seems, and not kept in the cleanest condition. Also, breakfast was poor. The selections were limited, not very good and the coffee was extremely watered down. I’ve stayed at Hyatt’s and Hyatt Place in the past but this has so far been the worse experience. On our last evening there, the smoke alarm went off and we had to evacuate the hotel. I won’t return to that location again.

Nice hotel ,great location
The staff was excellent!!!! Very pleasant and helpful. The location was good, close to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this location again. The breakfast could have been better, but other than that it was perfect. Check is hotel out.

Healing from our grief, we decided to have a staycation
Hyatt place has the most pleasant staff, they made sure my family and I were comfortable. The pool was warm and clean my girls had a ball. Breakfast was set out with love and delicious. We ate with people we didn’t know it felt like a big family Thanksgiving but in April. I also was traveling with my 6 pound dog she was welcomed too. She was relaxed and never nervous plus they had an area for her to go to the bathroom.

Never disappoints.
Excellent hotel. Spacious, clean rooms. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. I have stayed here before and would stay again. A lot of resteraunts in the area. I prefer staying here rather than in the downtown Pittsburgh area, but it is a quick 15 minute drive into the city if needed.

Dirtiest Hotel Room I've Ever Stayed In
Based on other reviews of this hotel, it seems that I was not alone in the issues I had in the cleanliness of my room. There was used soap left in the shower, glitter covering the night stand, and glitter all throughout the sheets of the pull-out bed. To me, this meant that the sheets weren't washed in between guests. Yuck.
