Apr 22, 2025Amazing hotel!!
Had the most amazing stay here. The room was so nice with city view, everything from the room service with our room attendant Ellen was great, ann who also covered her one of the days was so nice. Kevin who was assistant manger of operations was great and so accommodating. I think the front desk guy’s name was Kazumo, sorry not sure but he was super accommodating and nice as well when checking us in. I loved this hotel so much everything was 10/10 for me. Hands down best hotel I have stayed at!!! Thank you guys for everything!!

The hotel’s location was convenient, but the room itself was small, with barely enough space for our luggage. There was no view at all—it faced a building directly across the street, so every morning we found ourselves staring into the neighbors’ balcony. We couldn’t even open the curtains for privacy. On a positive note, the bathroom was a decent size. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower on our first day. Aside from the lobby, the hotel didn’t feel like a true 4-star experience. If I ever return to Honolulu, I’d choose a hotel with a balcony, or at least a better view.

Apr 21, 2025Not gonna use hyatt anymore
Hyatt hotel is usually worse than expected. It was a week stay. Booked 2 rooms together in advance but they put them apart from each other on different floor. The other room was ready around 4:30pm which is after the official check in time. We kept our luggage at hotel while we waited for the check in but they brought the wrong luggage to our room later. I gave the ticket I received. Never used valet service. It was the only ticket I received from the hotel. Had to go downstairs to tell them which are ours. Mistakes too often for the room keeping. People were nice and worked on our room for sure but sometimes missed some stuff. There were the used towel still hanging on the bathroom hangers. Not just once. That happened on both of the rooms. I asked for late check out for one of the rooms only a day before and also early in the morning. But refused saying there are people coming in and they are almost full. I saw some other ppl leaving even later.

Our stay was great & very relaxing. We mostly enjoyed the staff, they were awesome & had the best customer service making us feel welcome during our stay. Thank you Hyatt Centric team our family really appreciates you especially Malia, Linda, & Anastashia you ladies were so awesome. We definitely will be back after this unforgettable experience. A memorable stay in Waikiki!
The rooms were wonderful and my double bed room was much larger than expected. Housekeeping was great each day! The location could not be beat - so many cool restaurants, cafes, shopping, and the beach so close by. Lobby staff were friendly during check-in and check-out. Other hotel amenities like the beach rentals were so convenient and easy to use. I checked out beach towels many times during my stay. The overall vibe of the hotel was amazing and super relaxing. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and would love to come back!
