Oh, Snow and Chey?! They were were the best! Super helpful and made our work trip memorable. The location was close to everything, the facility had everything we needed for our large group, and the ladies were helpful with their suggestions. WE WILL BE BACK! ♥️🎉

Great hotel right on the Riverwalk!
The bed was sooo soft and comfortable, same for the pillows! We had a beautiful view of the river walk and direct access to it from the hotel. The hotel has valet parking for just a few dollars more and it made the parking situation much better. The staff are so sweet and accommodating - we traveled with a 1 year old and a 4 year old and they helped with any request we had. Chey at the front desk was super helpful and kind when we asked for help/advice on navigating the hotel and area. JQ was kind enough to get our car for us any time we needed it and all we had to do was call or text the front desk. : )

Filthy hotel. First red flag should have been that in lieu of a $60 "early check in fee" (which, having traveled my entire adult life I have never heard of) that fee is waived if you leave them a review prior to even staying with them. Chey, the front desk associate that we dealt with, was the one that persuaded us to do so. The room was obviously not cleaned. Crumbs and filth on the floors, baseboards around bed had what appeared to be mold growing on them. Linens were dirty and smelled of must and urine. Dust covered any and every surface including the mirrors, picture frames, and ventilation. The air conditioning hardly worked. We had it set to 40° and yet it was colder in the hallway than the actual room. We left the same evening and went down the street to Embassy Suites. For $50 more it is well worth not having mold in my bedroom. See attached photos. Stay elsewhere.

Great Eperience
Very nice property with pleasant team members. JQ and Cheye were very attentive to making my stay a good one. The check in was seamless as well at valet parking. Riverwalk is almost outside the door and many sights to see a short walk away from the property.

Welcoming Experience
The facilities are nice and clean. The lobby area is extremely welcoming and the staff are pleasant and friendly, greeting us with warm smiles and hello. Check in process was a breeze and I was assisted promptly and kindly with my many requests.
