Patty at The Peak took the BEST care of us!!! We were a last minute reservation and she ensured our family had everything we needed to have the most fun and relaxing stay. We absolutely love The Peak and our experience with Patty made us love it even more!

The resort area is beautiful. Unfortunately there was a church revival service scheduled for Saturday morning and the gospel rock band started playing at 8AM. The rooms near the Hohokam/Kiva ballroom were greatly impacted. Front desk Derik suggested we change our room, which was not the best solution. The hotel should reconsider scheduling a loud event on a Saturday morning when people may want to sleep in. The housekeeping staff never came by once. Just a disappointing experience overall.

Family fun!
We had a great experience at the Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak. The staff was incredible. Special shoutout to Patty and Hassan, my daughter’s camera got water in it and stopped working, they helped find a tool to take it apart and provided a bag of rice to dry it out. It worked and my daughter’s camera came back to life. We loved the pool, lazy river, waterslide and miniature golf. We hiked several nearby peaks with our 6 and 9 year old. The views were incredible. I highly recommend this hotel to young families.

All around great experience
Suites are very spacious, sparkling clean, and lack nothing. It was great to have a terrace, and the mattresses are super comfy. The pools and the (multiple) lobbies are gorgeous. Dave Richardson, the manager is very helpful and friendly.

The pool is awesome!
The pool/waterpark is what makes this hotel, and it is an awesome value for the price. My kids loved it and asked to stay longer because of the fun/relaxing lazy river. There is also lots of pool volleyball and good pool service for drinks/food. We came twice in March and April. First, with a day pass during a sports trip to Phoenix. We came back for another trip in April and stayed 4 nights. Rooms were dated, but clean and large enough for family of 4. My daughter’s soccer team got day passes and when it rained they gave us a pool cabana for no charge.
